Price are at the peaks
Ppl living above 15th floor would get less oxygen levels. Not good in the long run as it may have health implications. Morover the lesser dense pollutants will go up in the air. Adding to that in case of emergency lower floors will have advantage of faster evacuation.
No doubt, sky scrappers are curse for hyderabad. Already hyderbad spoiled a lot.

Land acquisition is under process sir. Later stage we know biddder and work commencement date sir. It will took approx 5-6 months sir .
Dude as far I know, people of old city should stand firmly for your development, mainly extension of roads. You people vote for MIM, thats up to you. But the point is you should think voting for congress in future, leave BJP they never gonna form govt. in TG, so keeping an alternative party would make MIM leaders stay grounded

Go for Structure-wise payment option sir. OTP option without registration is a risky always even though you get approvals . So many projects after approvals also stalled in Hyderabad , for example Aliens space station Tellapur. Thank you sir 🙏
