True but slow it down, if you can play it really slowly you can play it, just takes time and practice to get it up to speed but don't rush it :)

I am mainly an 80s hard rocker player, but Jimi can just take you places like no one else. When I figure out a cool lead or song, it tends to lose its luster a bit. I refuse to learn the last solo in this one because it is so magical, and I would rather keep it that way. I would never be able to cop that feel he has anyway, so exalted it remains.

So well done! I especially appreciate demonstrating where the downbeats fall in a tricky rhythm like this. I was really struggling with the count until I found this lesson. The rhythm is everything!

Hey, thanks for watching! Hendrix famously down tuned to Eb so he would be playing this one fret higher but I have kept the guitar in standard tuning to make it less of a pain for people to learn 👍
