I’m Mexican and always make these for my Colombian fiancé without even knowing this is a common Colombian breakfast. If you add jalapeño they become “Huevos a la Mexicana”. I skip them because he has to be in the mood for spicy lol. Lots of similarities 🥰

Not so different here. Black coffee and without sugar, instead of arepa a slice of bread or toast, cheese, and ham or bacon. Sometimes mix the cheese within the scumbled eggs.
