Thanks for sharing.. that's certainly a large antique center and a good variety of stuff as you say. Its the same over here, most of the large center's are a collection of individually stocked stalls and the center looks after the sales on behalf of the stall holders. We were a bit shocked at the prices you mentioned though, hopefully you could bargain a bit on the prices. I often think when walking around such old large buildings what their history was. Great video.. thanks
@@garthf9609 yeah the prices vary depending on the vendor. Some of them are pretty pricey. Other ones are pretty fair. It depends on who the vendor is for each one. This is a pretty good size place that we went to. We've been there many times. But we've also been to much larger ones not far from our area. My wife really gets into the old stuff like that. I never really did it much myself until I met her. Anyway as always, we both would like to thank you very much. For taking the time to watch and comment on our video! @@DoingThingsDB Yes, also enjoy walking around the antique centers although we don't usually buy much but its interesting to look. Hope you have a great evening, its mid morning here, sunny, heading for 26C .We are in for a hot summer I think.

Really nice place, thanks for sharing. Expect the water is pretty cold right now, but in summer perhaps it would be be a good place to have a picnic and a swim, assuming its deep enough. Looking at google maps as you say its hard to see where the water might originate. Have a great week.

Hi Dan and Shawna, looks like you are well into autumn nearly winter. It only seems a few weeks ago you were showing us the green trees at Lake George. Had a laugh when you said no animals were harmed in the making of Shawna's coat. Yes, we have the Croc shoes here in Aus, they are fairly popular but they never look comfortable to wear to me. The live croc's fortunately don't live where we are. Thanks for sharing the walk, have a great weekend and week ahead.
@@garthf9609 Hey Garth, yes we are getting into winter pretty quick. It is the first first week of November after all. And it got cold pretty quick, last week it was not too bad. Oh you found the no animals comment funny! 🤣 Yeah I guess it was pretty funny to say. I thought Crocs were all over Australia. I didn't realize there were parts of Australia that did not have them. Anyway we're both glad you enjoyed our video! 😎😊
@@DoingThingsDB yes, the croc's (live ones) are in the northern tropical parts of Australia. We just have the snakes, spiders and sharks to contend with. The shoe croc's are everywhere though 😀. Enjoy your videos..

I had bad experiences with online dating. It was frustrating when none of the dates worked out. Really bad for self esteem. I found someone offline soon after I ditched online dating.

@@garthf9609 yes walking out in nature can be a good way of exercise. We are well into fall now by the way. This video was recorded earlier back in September. That is why there is still a good amount of green left. Thank you for the watch, and comment...👍

@@garthf9609 LOL! No it's not our ancestral home. Belong to a much much richer family than ours. Most of it is well maintained now as they are doing renovations. Some rooms inside are still in pretty bad shape. I just chose not to take pictures of them. Thanks for watching, and thank you for your comments.

If those spots on the wife's back are moles, you can get rid of them fairly cheaply with some Gentian Violet. It is a dark purple that can stain so I suggest applying it outside. I got rid of a large mole using Gentian Violet in about three months. The mole turned into a scab and dropped off. Then I was left with brand new skin. Couldn't tell it was ever there. Thanks for the video!
@@GoCreateSomething thanks for the advice. But they are actually not moles. Just some dark brown spots that she happens to have. They are flat and smooth, and she does have freckles also. Which some of those are. We always have regular doctors visits. So they are nothing to be concerned about. Thanks for watching.
Thought you were in Hawaii there for a minute...nice area for walking. The cat tails you were showing us, I think these are what we call bulrushes mostly found as you say in swampy places, but I have never seen them flowering or disintegrating like that.. interesting. ... thanks for sharing, look forward to seeing more of the park.

We actually did not do any video of the Town itself after all. We decided it was just too crowded to do any real filming. But we do have two other videos from the area that we will be putting up in the future. So make sure you come back to check them out! 😎
I know very little of American history, so I may have this completely wrong, but from what I quickly read it was originally a British fort built in the 1700's and was attacked by the French in 1757. It was reconstructed in the 1950's on the original footprint by local businessmen to protect the site. So you could have been looking at a Walmart perhaps today instead. You two certainly do get around to interesting places ... have a great week, thanks for sharing again
@@garthf9609 thanks for that information on the Fort. We were going to look it up ourselves. But we hadn't had a chance to do so. It is very interesting about its history for sure. And would have been a major loss. If it had not been protected.
@@DoingThingsDB yes, my reading is the buildings that are there now are a copy, the original structures were long gone by the 1950's.

@@garthf9609 the wife just bought a set of homemade barrettes. Things can be pretty expensive there. We mostly go there just to walk around, and look at things for something to do...👍
@@DoingThingsDB Yes we have noticed things at our local markets have got expensive also, so we are selective as well in what we buy. As you say its a good walk and you often meet interesting people. Don't know if its the same where you are, but nearly everyone out walking seems to have dog.
@@garthf9609while out walking we see people walking dogs yes.. But not really a whole lot to be honest. Most of the ones we see on the trails are just people. Are there walking or riding bikes. But some do have a dog with them.

@@DoingThingsDB yes there is always something that needs painting or replacing. Your winters I imagine would be a lot harsher than ours.
@@garthf9609 yes they can be pretty harsh here in the state of New york. Although I'd say the last four or five years haven't been too bad really. We haven't had any real big storms since 2016. Lester I want to use my snowblower about three times. It's been really cold but not a lot of snow lately.
@@DoingThingsDB I have never actually seen snow, once sort of but it was more sleet driving to Canberra (ACT territory )

You find the most interesting places to walk, especially liked the art works and the woodpecker, it looked really easy to get lost in there to me as every tree looked the same. Thanks for sharing and hope you both have a great week.

Nice trail, perfect for cycling, thanks for sharing. Not sure if you have priced an electric bike, we have an electric bike shop close to us and the one I like they had out front this morning at A$6.5 K ( Can $5.8 K), which is expensive to me. They are though really popular here. We are still in winter here but its 19 C or 66 F and 70% humidity, so not too bad a day. Have a great week.
@@garthf9609 yes it is a very nice trail for riding. We actually have a lot of nice trails around here to ride on. Play electric scooters like we want. Well, they come in all different price ranges.. The actual ones were looking at, are under $300. The temperature here is actually cool down some since we went on that bike ride. We're only averaging mid-to-high 70s now. And the humidity is gone down some, so much more comfortable. As always, we thank you for your interest and comments on our videos. 😎
