Thank you both for the tour of your cabin site and the area around Clayton, what a beautiful area to vacation. Checked the prices at the 1000 Island Harbor Hotel, I see what you mean - expensive but it looks a really nice Hotel from what I can see. Like you we also prefer to stay in cabins when travelling. Interesting to see the large tour boats there, I guess they take you around the St Lawrence river and the Islands we could see, I take it you cannot take a boat trip over to Canada for the day ?
@@garthf9609 yeah, I told you that hotel was pretty expensive but nice. Yeah those are tour boats are pretty big for sure. But although I didn't get it on video. My wife and I finally seen the big freighters going through, two of them as a matter of fact. You could take a boat over to Canada, but you have to have a passport to get into the country. It never used to be that way. You used to be able to go over to Canada without a passport at all. They did not start requiring passports from us until 2009.
