Hey everyone, thanks so much for joining me for this yoga practice to celebrate the January Full Wolf Moon in the sign of Cancer.
The wolf moon is a time of expression. As the wolves howl to connect to their pack, so too do we call in the need for clear and loving communication during the Winter season. The Moon is also in the nurturing sign of Cancer which can lead to amplified emotions and the desire to connect with loved ones.
