How to create quick renders with V-Ray for Rhino
Super helpful, have just picked up 3ds max after a 9 year break. Layers were never a thing in max when I last used it back in 2014, but I'm used to using layers coming from Cinema 4D.
Thank you very much
2:13 short cut for this?
Nicely explained and easy to follow tutorial.
great lessons
This was great, thank you very much!
Excellent
Thank you !
Your videos are great. Could you do rendering with Arnold in Max? So hard to find. I struggle and need more resources please. Thank you in advance
This was extremely useful! Thank you :) I appreciate the paste in explaining the process, all necessities explaied, but not wasting time on irrelevant details, very efficient, and this was one of the few photoshop tutorials i actually finished without getting frustrated from repetition:D
yes. very well explained. thanks for the tuto. but now the new problem is in Chaos Vantage. this GI override material doesn't work at all. all of those material with high saturation will still affect the adjacencies even the GI material is override with low saturation material. any idea how to solve it? thanks in advance.
share the maps
Thank you , Amazing tutorial
What on earth is the little floating man doing on the rock promontory to the left of the house?? Is he perhaps about to leap to his death? I'm really worried!
thanks!
thank you...❣❣
Good work! I watched the video and apply the technics the very next day. I created a concept in 2 hours. With more pratice I should be able to do it in 1 hour. I recommend this video to designers. 😊
Hi! A question: I imported a model into Max from SketchUp, in which a complex object (a house) has all geometry on one layer which followed along with it. I converted it into an editable poly and wish now to divide up the geometry into different layers in Max, but when I try to move an individual polygon/face onto a new layer the entire imported geometry is moved onto that new layer and not only the parts of it that I want on there. Is this possible in 3ds Max?
Thank you! It was quick and easy.
Thank you saved me a lot of time trying to browse videos for an actual working
thankkkyouuuuu
Good one
Good
you saved me from going crazy man, thanks a lot
thank you so much for the clear instructions!
Extremely confusing, you pull the map slots and it gets very confused, very fast and poorly explained, better delete this video.
i humbly disagree with you , learn material creation basics then watch this video.
Amazingly rundown! Got all the basics I was looking for in such quick time
Dude. We know what layers are. That's why we are looking for how to use it properly. You don't describe what the mouse icon is. Please get to the point
The perspective is so off
Top tier tutorial
I dont seem to have the add to current layer button
it's a liitle hidden, just expand the layer explorer wider you will see the button
how to contrain like your example midpoint when the form isnt straight but in randomize angle?? thx
Спасибо огромное
Thanks. Very useful
Thanks a lot. The most complete yet extremelly easy to follow video on the topic
Donwload to material?
Thank you
150dpi is best for printing? maybe low quality inkjet, for sure not for offset printing.
yes for 300dpi (standard minimum)
many thanks bro
FANTASTIC TUTORIAL. THANK YOU.
THANKS BRO
I´ve got Vray 5 and the Fog multiplier doesn´t exist. It just have type of traslucency and Depth.
Could you find a solution ? Same issue here
@@oledesign Hi! At first didn't worked out using the amount of Depth(cm) between 1 cm and 100 cm for instance. Try using values between 1000 cm and 4000 cm, and you'll see that it will start to smooth the amount of fog.
you must have VRay V5.20.02
The most over complicated layering system.
thanks, It helped me a lot to solve a problem I had with the new version
Horrible af. Perspective is totally fucked up
Yeah mainly because of different camera lens's , its not enough to have the same horizon line , also I would push the background way back, but for a speed photobash at least it gets the idea across even if it looks bad. For me the point is to get started with photobashing rather than be perfect.
OMG! You've just took a big weight out of me, since two years i've been with the doubt about how to model and constraint the axis, I always thought it mas controlled in the polyline settings. You have no idea how much I appreciate! Thanks man!
This tutorial is ❤️
Very helpful! Basic but very important! Thanks
That was so helpful .. thanks 😌🌸
nice
