5:44 Whenever I go into the map view, my ship just drops out of travel mode. The only time it doesn't is when it's on autopilot. Is there a way to change this?

Hey some new info here. I had found 2 of the free ships via youtube so far, but thanks for the extra four to add to my fleets!

I have done this mission 3 times…and all 3 times my traders got stuck inside stations for long period of times :(

Just a small hint! You have stuff in your inventory you can sell at the station market!

did you have aim assist on? cause your shots were hitting ships without you lining up the blue circle reticle thing

Thanks for taking the time to do this great walkthrough, I've tried and failed this mission 5 times time to give it another go, this time being a bit less gung ho and more protective of my shields! Three more attempts and finally made it.

Great video, never heard about the destroyer. And Osprey - I just love this space brick. Managed to kill a Xenon party of 2 PEs, 2 Ms and an N single handedly. Was left with about quarter of hull, but victory is victory.

As an added bonus tip if you build relations with the Zyarth Patriarchy (ZYA) or start as Spear of the Patriarch you can sell them captured ships for much higher values since their shipyard is usually quite low on resources.

Once you claim the Odysseus, return back to your ship and send a NPC captain over get them to fly it out while you act as bait and pull everything away

I prefer the plasma cannon for this. can one shot most any crystal cluster.

I keep renaming my Odysseus to 'MFS - Terracotta' Edit: Also, if you're concerned about getting that brick out of xenon space, fly out first in your smaller faster ship leaving it behind with a captain. Then once you're out of system, tell the captain to fly out. When you're not in system, they don't have to worry about running into shit, they can b-line to the gate and skip out.

I have found the easiest moneymaker is go to pioneer territory, use s ship to capture Katanas sell adv. Sats. use katanas to sell, you can find high prices, rinse and repeat, do not kill any or rep will be lost.

I've learned that it can be deceptively safe to get the Odysseus out of Faulty logic, but to do so may require some detours within the two sectors. Both the Minefield and Xenon Patrols tend to not stray too far from the center-point of the altitude, or Y axis 0. If for both faulty logics you opt to fly up/down whilst flying to a spot very far in front of the Superhighway (then gate to Holy Vision), you may have a spot high/low enough to not be spotted as easily. Coupled with being far, you can be clear of debris/mines and still fit into the Super highway and gate without needing to stop.

Thanks for video... I just repair the date link most times... although interacting with it sometimes can be quicker as you have to hit it at the right angle sometimes repairing.

Good news is HTC has now updated their X4 audio thing for voice attack now it works has been airing on me but I redownloaded it today or yesterday and it worked good so no more errors does almost anything you need by your voice

Your wingman left his Gladius fighter behind. It is sitting there waiting to be claimed. Watch out for Yaki and Xenon in that sector. In the Segaris area there is a small militia with Katana corvettes that you can hijack without losing reputation

Also, when your wingman disappeared he left his Gladius behind. If you are careful you can claim it. Just be wary of the Yaki and Xenon in the sector.

I’m not sure if I have told you that in the Segaris systems there are 4-6 katanas that are owned by a small militia that is not affiliated with any faction. You can hijack their ships without losing any reputation.

Why are you building steam turbines out of steel? There's absolutely no need for that. Lead is perfectly fine. This is the second time in the series I've seen you do that.

the microphone sounds a little different today

They really nerfed the speed at which a player can make money. I've been playing 7.00 for about 40 hours now, and even the lvl10+ rep missions have been severely nerfed. I am fairly new player, and it's been really tough.

I was looking this exact video. Trying to do the last part of the Paranid Questline, you need 21 crystals. I totally forgot you could do this with an S fighter and not a miner.

I love the "Xenon Sympathizer" every time you destroy civilian traffic. I always rationalize it as when my ship blows up I end up in my spacesuit, so assuming they do as well but I'm removing their ability to continue to break the law. Your's is just fun to listen to each time :)

You can turn more rapidly by exiting flight assist during travel mode, and then re-enabling it once you are aligned. Though I am not sure how easy that is on a controler. Good video!

And honestly, I have a claw hammer so even if it is nailed down, I may still take it anyway.

This video was recommended to me today, you have a good base started there! Couple things if I may.. your duplicant sensor in the kitchen is too far over and doesn't pick up the person at the gas range. The steam turbines can be made out of lead, it's a waste to use steel. They will overheat and stop running before they reach anywhere near the temperature required for steel. I like to keep the Exosuit forge inside the main base so they don't have to wear a suit to repair or create new suits.. but if you keep on top of it (I realize it was a forgot to set it issue) it doesn't matter :) Lots of new ONI video's lately - awesome to see people loving this game :)
