I don't understand this craziness about fasting. I' ve made a grape fasting for 28 days and after twentieth day, I became very weak and started to have pain in my bones. In day 30 I went for X-ray examination because I 've been very suspicious and it shows that I had a distant bone metastasis. Notice: I had CT Scan two months ago and I had only my breast cancer, so I think that the strict fasting was the trigger.

@youngandcancerfree can you tell me please do you have lumpactomy or mastectomy? My mother found triple negative breast cancer in december 2023. She had lumpactomy. Grade 2 triple negative breast cancer. Doctor advised her to chemo with radiotherapy. I am afraid of recurrence as she had lumpactomy

I found a lump in my right breast back in September I got a doctors appointment straight away. A few weeks later I was sent to the hospital for a biopsy and an ultrasound where they said it was Fibroadenoma. A few weeks later I had a call again requesting a mammogram and another biopsy where they found a second lump. On November 1st I was diagnosed with triple negative breast cancer.

Please give some more details about your diagnosis if ypu are comfortable...like the stage,grade ,invasive/non invasive and the prognosis after your surgery..

Sounds dubious to me.

i dont believe there are ways to starve a cancer. Since it enters in your organism, it will feed itself with your body cells. it will spread, eating your body. so nothing to do...only treatments to kill it.

Great video, please keep making them. I agree that being in charge of your disease/decision making is essential. Nobody is more invested in your health than you. Most doctors would never encourage you to look at additional treatment approaches such a metabolic therapies described in the book 'How to starve Cancer'. I think what's also important is to not let cancer define who you are, esp. as someone who survived it. Otherwise, you will always be its victim, even after years of no evidence of disease. I know this sounds easier than it is. Thank you for your videos.

What I don't like about Jane's book is she doesn't address diet. The off label prescription drugs suggested is hard if not impossible to get any oncologist to prescribe. She doesn't talk about the benefits of water fasting. I decreased my tumors in half within 1 week of water fasting. I water fasted for 21 days and thereafter strict keto 1 meal a day intermittent fasting.

What did you decide with your triple negative CA , mastectomy or conservative surgery?

Hi do you have idea about the dozes of these three medicines. I had Stage 4a oral cancer. I have had my surgery and radiation. I want to start this protocol to avert recurrence.

Thanks Trifina, I am going down the trad and alternative routes, its tough after chemo, tackling dietary changes masses of pills and an extreme lack of energy! The phrase that jumped out to me was “Cancer is a wound that never heals”, I’m going to change that! Bring on part 2…will also check out the Anticancer book.
