Just like the negative people, there are those who say positive things about you making this video. I personally think you did the right thing making this aware. If they get defensive, they are not open to growth. Too bad, too sad. I spent a little over a month at TCV during my child's summer school, went there with hope for a positive experience outcome and intended to continue sending my child there every year until age 15. Unfortunately, it turned out to be the worst experience of my life. Despite this, I don't regret enrolling my child as it has cleared my doubts and I won't have any regrets in the future. But huge disappointment and Never Again! I tried to gather a group of parents to join with me to sit with the TCV administration team to identify areas for improvement, but no one was willing to participate. I was told that this is just a one time thing, the office would not consider my feedback as they have been following the same procedures for years and nothing will change. Saddening

Criticism can be constructive. And in your case I think this helps everyone. We don’t need to take things in negative way but use this opportunity to improve what we lack. As an ex TCV myself, any opportunity to improve our ex school is great.

Thank you so much for making this video. This was so useful and informative. I was suppose to send my kids to tcv this year from newyork. Because i wanted my kids to learn about tibetan culture and language. So- glad that i could not make it this year. But i am sorry that you had to go through such an issues.

Thanks for sharing your experience. I think alot of people experienced similar situation and bringing light to this issue helps a lot. This should be an opportunity TCV administration to hopefully make things / process easier for Tibetans outside India.
