The whistle is likely the screen at throttle body. Can remove/cut that out.

I just bought a 2007 Crewmax for $2900. Its lifted with 35 tires, aftermarket wheels. Great condition. The main upgrades alone were about $7000. Paid less than half of the price of the mods!

Great video! I found that the cubic air that goes into the intake is the same as the stock you can order the TRD filter and the airflow accelerator and have the same exact effect for $80 tops. Save your money.
