I don’t know much about European variants, but for the Middle Eastern olive tree well draining soil with little to no organic matter ( no compost ) works best, and I will never recommend planting olive trees in pots, but depending on location and preference pots are fine for a number of years And while they do need water to get established, they don’t need much water after a year or two ( again, I know nothing about olives in Europe and America )

Its can be a tea? We bought ONE. 2 yrs ago. IT'S seeds spread fast now we got them all over. It attracts baby humming Birds during evening time. Yes they flower, like up to 5ft. Take control NOW or you will have an invasion. They do Transplant ok . We added to our wildflower garden. 😮caution!

It's called Creeping Charlie. It is a weed that you must get rid of. Do not compost it; it is damaging to everything around it. Once you remove it, lay down a weed killer so it won't return.
