Your videos are just fine. You are not trying to impress the world with your expertise but share you life which to me has more value. I think you may have found a bigger following with doing them in English and explaining that you are documenting your life and not trying to be a full time internet person. The honesty shows, and it it refreshing. I was lucky that I could schedule my time to watch it when it started. Most Monday's I do not have this flexibility, as Monday is my busiest day of the week and I have an employee here. Today is a holiday and she is also ill. I think next Monday will be me alone, as she is scheduled for a hospital visit. I want to joke with you to ask if you are the daughter of one of the Swedish Bikini team. Your mind is saying what. Then you will go to the internet and find it was a 1991 US beer commercial(s) featuring blond girls in blue bikinis to sell beer. I am sure you will look it up. Am so sorry you have been sick. The beauty, fresh snow, sled dogs and isolation in Greenland sounds so exotic. Glad to hear your getting strong. Enjoy the fresh air for us. Do you have any hobbies? My grandmother would make fish head soup for health….she was born in Overtornea Sweden 1909 and lived to be 100 years old.

I follow your videos as I love Greenland, I have 3 daughters your age. and I worry about you and polar bears out on the back island alone. Your strong persona, and living alone, I would guess most locals do not want to get involved, and it must be hard on you. Once your contract is up, and you like exploring that type of terrain, you may want to consider visiting Newfoundland sometime. Parts of the province are similar to the high arctic and Scandinavia. We have ice bergs in the summer, world heritage national parks to hike in, and the only place where the Vikings settled in NA at L'anse aux Meadow's National Historic Site. And you can even work at your old employer, as they have about 9 fish processing plants here. Watch your footing as the ground is slippery now. and borrow a shot gun and slugs when you go out hiking up there.Cheer's H

You have had a week of fever and coughing and you are saying the sickness never came. So, no - you have been sick, but not with a cold. Then on top of that you had a sleepless night from pain. It is important to take care of yourself promptly to avoid illnesses needlessly getting worse. On the pain, for me, a person in severe pain for many years (decades) with no positive end in sight, in a country that has rolled its way backward in terms of taking care of people in pain (the medications that were key to managing my pain are no longer available here because idiots drove the companies out of that business, calling them "drug pushers" selling "poison" and bringing groundless lawsuit after groundless lawsuit, with government help, because their relatives killed themselves abusing tangentially related drugs - it is surreal, and people who relied on these drugs are killing themselves in despair), when I hear you have a chance to cure what causes you this pain and you have delayed it, everything in me wants to tell you to to get that done as soon as possible. Whatever it is, do not get yourself into or even take a chance on being in a long-term pain problem. I am as strong a person as you will meet (physically as well as mentally, when it began - and now despite my efforts to stay fit, the pain and exhaustion have broken me down physically), but, for anyone in the world, living with real pain is monstrous in ways you cannot understand until you have had the experience of trying to live with it. Take the messages of your body seriously, Veronica, and deal with health issues thoughtfully, with competent, caring help, as early as you can. That is the best way to ensure you continue to have beautiful experiences like Greenland visits rather than watching them on the internet like me. That said out of genuine concern and affection as well as my own overactive sense of alarm because of my crazy experiences, thank you so much for sharing the trip and working life on the island. Videos like your series are a lifeline for me - a window into parts of the world I wanted to see and people I hoped to meet when I had my small windows of good health, but that I have not been able to do.

Veronica! I've been enjoying your videos but I have one tidbit of constructive criticism. I hope you don't mind. Before you publish a video, do a basic volume check. Most video editing software will allow you to look at the soundwaves from all your clips and sound sources. - There is usually a place where you can expand that area and really see how big the soundwaves are. As is, you have some sound sources that are really loud and some that are very quiet. - You can usually adjust those so they are similar loudness. I hope this criticism finds you in the good manner I am intending. I look forward to future videos of your adventures. But I hope soon I will not have to adjust the volume all the time while watching. ;) Skål from New Mexico.
