what many dont know is that the germans did not try to make it a suprise for the soviets, infact they wanted them to put all they have right there they wanted a final large battle that would break the soviets finally because they felt that they had lost the initiative and that the russians were gaining it

This kind of redemption and payback attacked on Germany after the Market Garden failure and Hurtgen Forest disaster was too little too late for Western Front Allies to moved deeper into Germany and Berlin, before Soviet managed to get it done.

Almost sure those are Swiss 6x6 Mowag Piranha vehicles, equipped with various turrets. The Agressor tanks should be Panzer 68 I think.
