Your words are really helpful Keep up the good work..
You r wrong, OCD is nt a disease, It's all about thoughts, OCD can be cured 100%, U can completely recover from this condition and never be faced again in life
OCD is indeed a condition rooted in persistent thoughts and compulsions, and recovery is absolutely possible with the right approach. It is not a life sentence, but it does require proper treatment, like therapy (CBT or ERP), and sometimes medication. While everyone’s journey is unique, many have successfully managed or even overcome OCD. If you or someone you know is struggling, reaching out to a trusted professional can help ensure a path to recovery.

Mam please do a vedio on cbt and erp for OCD disease
Hey I’ve got an audition age of myself screaming over and over again! I keep repeating that thought that loud voice to check if it still there if it still bothers me or how it makes me feel! I’ve been free of this thought for many years but now im on relapse! Do I have to say no to the compulsion? I’ve got meta ocd as well thinking that I fear that I’ll be this way all of my life , that is m differ from the others or that I can enjoy anything
Relapse is tough, but it doesn’t erase your progress. Try saying no to compulsions like testing the thought, as it fuels the OCD cycle. Acknowledge the thought without engaging and focus on meaningful activities. Seeking professional help can guide you through this. Recovery is possible-stay hopeful!
@@abhasa.rehab.wellnessI’m proud of myself because I started psychotherapy! I think that repeating a screaming voice in my head is related to my traumas as a child as I can totally relate! I can bring my own furious moments of myself actually screaming at real events because of my father! What I would like to ask is whenever the image doesn’t find me out of the blue but when I seek it in my mind to test it! Do I have to say no because it’s a compulsion!!? Do I have to resist to the urge of making it?and keep myself in activities? Isn’t it thought suppression?
Can these signs (not aggression or substance abuse or reckless & impulsive behaviour) of being workaholic & detached from people & uninterested & having back ache pain - chronic for a span of 30 long years for normal functioning man ??
These signs could indicate underlying stress or emotional burdens. Chronic back pain, detachment, and workaholism might be coping mechanisms. It's best to consult a doctor and mental health professional to explore the root cause and get proper guidance.
@@abhasa.rehab.wellness noted. thanks a lot.
Very nice video
Thanks
This is false.. OCD is curable guys.. don’t believe that is not curable
OCD can be effectively managed with the right treatment but calling it completely "curable" can vary from person to person.
AKA--Narcissist....
OCD and Narcissistic Personality Disorder (NPD) are different conditions. OCD involves intrusive thoughts and repetitive behaviors driven by anxiety, while NPD is marked by an inflated self-image and lack of empathy. Though both may involve perfectionism, their causes and treatments differ. Professional help is key to managing either.
This is one of the most exhausting afflictions ever. I wouldn't wish it on an enemy.
Really Brother It's very frustrating I can't even enjoy a single moment😭😭 I wish everyone get rid of this
@itsmeayushsah Sometimes the most cruel part of it is, when you finally drop one compulsion and become so happy that it doesn't bother or effect you anymore.. after a moment a new compulsion is right there to replace the old one. Sometimes it makes me feel this illness has agency. It's eerie.
Nice to know this mam❤❤❤
❤❤❤
True 👍
Forgive me for asking, but do you only give advice/information through phone? Do you prefer *not* in the comment section as a reply?
Not at all! We’re happy to offer guidance here in the comments if it’s helpful to you. For more detailed or private discussions, we also provide support through phone or direct messages, whichever feels best for you. Let us know how we can assist!
@@abhasa.rehab.wellness Oh, I'll do comments then. Thanks. Okay, so I lost a book where a character seems to have OCD. I may not be able to find it or remember the title, but I can describe his scenario. If I describe his and mine, could you inform me if it's OCD? His intrusive thought reminds me of myself. I'm afraid my disorder involves what I _think_ is dark manipulation that makes you question your morals and goodness (and makes you lose sense of reality).
This channel describes a million followers
Mujhe ocd 2005 mei hui thi. Reason stress tha. 2006 mei meri job dusre city mei lagi mahol change hua to ocd khud gayab ho gayi. Environment change hona jaruri hota hai. Haar week mei 1 baar mandir jarur jana chaiye. Jis wajah se stress ho usse dur ho jana jaruri hota hai
It’s good to hear that a change in environment helped you manage your OCD symptoms, and staying connected to places or routines that bring peace, like visiting a temple, can indeed be very supportive. For some people, environment shifts and stress reduction techniques play a significant role, while others may benefit from additional strategies or support.

Why nowdays most of all people fall in love and some get elope, please answer madam
In real life, we often compare ourselves to others without even realizing it. So, what would you suggest a person do to move forward and avoid falling into this comparison trap
Comparison can be tough, especially when it sneaks in without us noticing. One helpful approach is to focus on your own growth and set personal goals that are meaningful to you. Practicing gratitude and reminding yourself of what makes you unique can also shift the focus back to your own journey. It’s about celebrating small wins along the way rather than measuring yourself against others.

Good morning madam I am suffering with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder with co-morbid psychosis since 2016 please suggest me a best career that are relevant to my health issues I have mental illness disability certificate with 55% disability. Please suggest me best career I have completed diploma in Automobile Engineering but I don't like it because of my ocd I am discontinued student from BTech in 2019
For a career that aligns with managing OCD and psychosis, consider roles with structure and lower stress, like digital marketing, graphic design, data entry, or technical support. Given your background in engineering, remote support or documentation roles could also be a good fit. A vocational therapist could help tailor options based on your interests and health needs. Wishing you all the best!
Exactly
This is such a great video!!!!! ❤ Thank you for it.
You are so welcome!
Thank you so much ma'am for this video.
Most welcome 😊
Yes I have multiple ocd. Cleaning, checking, symmetry, number related, perfectionism, bad image replacement, etc. Death fear started on 2021 at the time of covid. Anxiety and depression are the consequences of ocd. Also I am overthink most of the time.

Thank you for the OCD related videos. They're very informative! This Disorder is absolute torture to those that suffer. Even trying to explain it to someone, they still don't grasp the impact it has.
Thank you for your kind words, Kyle! We're glad you found the videos informative. OCD can be incredibly challenging, and you're right-it's hard for others to fully understand the mental and emotional toll it takes unless they’ve experienced it. Raising awareness and providing support is so important, and we're here to help in any way we can. Stay strong!
@abhasa.rehab.wellness Thank you so much for the response! For someone suffering wirh OCD, I can honestly say I relate to the struggles people with OCD with raising awareness about the condition. I don't suppose you could do a video on OCD Suntypes? Where as people know it as the "cleaning disorder", that's incorrect. It's a doubt disorder. Cleaning can be an aspect. But it makes up a small portion of OCD obsessions.
