Thanks for showing interest in our channel It's Vegan! Our main goal is helping people to create and convert recipes to delicious vegan options! Hi I'm Emily and me and my Mom(Patty) are the creators of this channel. I decided to go vegan after finding out my cholesterol was to high a some years ago(it runs in the fam). I knew I needed to do something but......I didn't want to take pills everyday. After doing some of my own research and watching forks over knives I decided "I got this"! I've been a vegan ever since and still don't need to take statins.

Vegan Quiche Recipe
Quiche- Spinach and Tomato
1 unbaked pie crust- pie crust recipe and video below.
Place in a blender, blend until smooth:
12.3 ounce shelf-stable tofu, firm or extra firm
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon ground turmeric
1 teaspoon bouillon paste
1 teaspoon miso
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon plant milk
1 clove garlic
1 teaspoon black salt
2 tablespoons chickpea flour
Stir in:
1 tablespoon dried parsley
½ cup sun-dried tomatoes- chop
Fill your pie crust by layering: the spinach and mixture in the blender, end with the mixture.

1 medium tomato- thinly sliced, place on a paper towel to absorb ...

The liquid is the liquid leftover from hot pepper rings or pickles. Instead of discarding it, i reuse it once, and then I discard the brine or liquid.
