I have an older model of this blue and white box I have the box ,the unit, the install manual and the hardware but to install the last two drivers and software it asks for a product key There isn't one anywhere ? any ideas?

I bought this item November 2023 as a birthday treat and it's the coolest thing wver. I was sooooo impressed when I first used it; the butter melted very well and there were just a few unpopped kernels under 20 to be exact. I used 3/4 cup and was very impressed with the amount. You just need to use a bigger container so they don't scatter all over the place 😂

How do you turn on flash sounds

These air poppers are disappointing in how many unpopped kernels are ejected from the chute. Anyone have any tips? I find by reinserting the unpopped kernels for a second go they still do pop, but still keeps ejecting many, so you have to keep feeding them in.

They are indeed for sticks, which is why there are additional spill channels that are attached to the stick channels.
