Great show. I am a subscriber to Red Dot Forum, and have just subscribed to your channel. As for my question: how do you -- or Josh -- feel about vintage lenses on 60mp sensors? I was discouraged from using them on my M11 when I first bought the camera because of all the talk that they wouldn't be able to render the sensor sufficiently. However, I love my 35mm Summicron Pre-Asph (Leica Canada -- not sure of the exact vintage).

Is there such a thing as a Leica 35mm Noctilux? See Josh Lehrer at about 10:05.

12:00 The Canon FDn 100mm 2.0 are the best Canon short tele analogue Lens you can get ! All Canon FDn Lenses performs better in optical image quality than the older FD Lenses !

Those Leicaflex was vert expensive to produce for the Leitz factory, I think the last model SL2 lost money for each Camera. Today many do not know that Leica R Lenses could cost more than twice of the price of a similar Leica M Lens, when they were new !

Try 100% Neatsfoot oil for the leather part, it will shine nicely. I use it for leather bellows on early cameras.

Greetings from Canada: The Leicaflex SL was introduced in 1968 until 1974, only 1,200 were built for the 1972 Munich Olympics. I have owned my Leicaflex SL for the past 36 years, since I was 18 years old and in those days, the SL with the Leitz Wetzlar Summicron-R 50mm f2 lens along with the accessories Leitz Wetzlar UVa Serie VI filter, 14160 filter adapter and the 12564 lens hood. According to the sales receipt, which I kept was equivalent price of an used Leica M-2 body at $1,275 and $375 less than a Single Stroke Leica M3 with lens at $1,500.

Beautiful camera. I'm curious to know how to they age, because I've heard stories of the M-A titanium finish pealing off ? But I imagine most people don't even get to scratch this camera so it's a mystery...

Titan, das Metall der Götter. Es gibt nicht viele Kameras aus Titan. Und eigentlich ist es völlig unnötig eine Kamera aus Titan zu bauen. Aber darauf kommt es doch nicht an ;-)

Another great rare piece of Leica Jo :) If I had the funds for a Titan Leica like this it would be wonderful to own, but for now I'm really happy with my MP from you, first roll almost done :) Btw just a small hint, I think during edit the dialogue audio was left on mono ;)
