Hello and thank you for visiting our small but growing channel.

I’m currently finding ways to cope with chronic pain, autoimmune disease and depression through cooking. My husband is the videographer, heavy pan lifter and sometimes veggie cutter.

My goal is to get one or more videos out each weekend. I’m not a chef, I’m not an expert, I’m simply using cooking as my own personal home therapy and I’m really happy you stopped by to take a peek.

My diagnoses of Lupus, Osteoarthritis, Cervical Stenosis, Raynauds, led to getting a therapist to cope with the pain challenges and extreme isolation that comes with this group of conditions. I was diagnosed with PTSD, Anxiety and Major Depressive Disorder as well. I hope to expand my videos by bringing reviews of products useful to those living with pain disorders, depression, anxiety and autoimmune disorder in addition to food!

I have days that I cannot hold a knife much less cut or cook but we are going to try to be interesting!😊
