@@drakebell5649 yeah we pay a pretty large sum of money in taxes that goes to media. and most of the people working at cultural media that does kids shows and stuff are leftist. and our country while leftist in general is about 50/50 between right and left parties. But for this reason alone half our political parties can be viewed as state funded which is pretty funny. I think the ratio of leftists and rightwingers has evened out a little bit on these media institutions the past decades (much thanks to internet that forces alternative media I guess) but its still an interesting dynamic. Maybe that is why we are fairly united in beliefs here, our state sponsored media feeds us its agenda from birth to death.

The joke is that religious fanatics will pin the blame on others no matter how ridiculous it is and the song points out how stupid their homophobic antics really are. For example, blaming gay people for swedish companies not being swedish anymore, every natural catastrophy, every war ever and in the extended version (you can find it on spotify) they blame gay people for mistaking curry for cinnamon. You never get 100% accurate with translations...... unless its the bible apparently. No matter how many times you translate that book it never becomes a error in the texts, thats at least what the believers say.

När man översätter en låt, måste översättningen inte rimma. Man kan ju höra att det rimmar på svenska, även om man inte förstår språket!?
