Where can you find it? If New Riff distills it, I’m in. Good on you for disclosing your distiller. Kentucky will get surpassed for the best bourbon if they don’t stop playing games with availability, in my opinion. I can’t tell you what state will do it but, it’s coming.

I don't get the different notes in rum, it is ether a bit sweet, and just a bit of figs, only two dimensional to me.

I’m new to rum, picked up a 2010 and touchstone bottle. I get a strong plastic type of smell and taste. Any recommendations on how to sip this?? I’m not getting any of the fruits and sweet notes. I need help. Thanks😢

Fantastic. I was going to make my first real video around this drink. Cocchi storico Vermouth di Torino is my pick for bourbon low rye high proofs. Never disappoints and mixes well with unusual bitters, like black walnut or a small dash of cardamom.

Except when directly comparing products. If you're tasting 2 together for comparison at the same proof/abv and one is considerably more "bitey" than the other it's definitely worth noting.
