For sleep, my son is used to covering him with a cloth, putting a pacifier in his mouth, reading poetry to him, and most importantly doing asmr-like movements on his face, massaging his forehead and between his eyebrows, sometimes I have to play white noise for him. but massage movements and asmr are part of the sleep routine.
