Same honestly
Good somebody else agrees...
I think the shark head is a mimicing of the Lusker, like some typo of octopy will mimic other sea animals, with colors and movements.
It's certainly possible!
In slavic countries we have Leshen or Leshy, who is described as a tall hairy beastman of the forrest, who acts like a wild animal or nature spirit, and this is like from the medieval ages. We olso have a storie of Wildman=a group of people that live like apes in the forrest.
This is fascinating to hear! Are the latter definitely people? And as I said in my more recent video on the Astomi people, it wouldn't surprise me if a lot of these bigfeet are actually nature spirits themselves.
if your afraid of predators having a chicken dinner couldnt you put chicken wire about 6ft high and as wide as you like, she,d be safe from the birds anove and safe from foxrs and the like.
She has a nice big pen that I put her in overnight/when I'm worried. Also, thankfully, we have a huge stone wall around our place that keeps out foxes 👌👌
@BenImparts happy chicken happy days!
Keeping chickens happy is crucial!
I think its too detailed and specific to be a hoax. There is a kategory of sea/water monsters, called long neck seals, there for i think this could be some specialist type species of this kategory.
The problem is that nobody's ever, ever seen it again... Now, people not seeing it again isn't something inherently suspect, but with a creature so big? In a place mapped out? There would need to be some kind of accentuating circumstance...
This reminds me of something simmilar to Nodosaurus or Tanistrofeus of Triassic. Probably not a still living member, but a reptile species that just took a simmilar evolutionar neech. Like all the different Crocodilomorphs.❤
It also reminds me of Postosuchus...
This reminds me of the kongo giant spider criptyd zabafofi who olso probably has gone extinct, because before locals were more or less used to them. Until explores came, it was a common animal.
Do you think explorers played a role? The locals have mentioned that they were indeed rare, but I haven't been able to find any information on what might have caused it
@BenImparts I think this time, aither they died of some genetic desease, or incest, wich made them die, or meaby ther prey has been hunted from that place, by the locals. (Talking about the croc). About the spider, i think it was more a lack of prey, because they werent that sneaky, from the stories that i heard.
@@leonardkarolcico3925 I honestly think the croc is still there, judging from the stories, and the Fofi - since it was seen in '13 - could still be there too. What I worry about is that if Europeans come along searching for these things, they'll end up wiping them out.
@@BenImparts I mean, there are still dumbasses who hunt tigers, so who knows.
@@leonardkarolcico3925 I'll never get people who get off on killing animals for fun...
im not sure, but i heard about some guy seeing giant bat thing, when a volcano errupted. manny speculate it was some kind of a moutain demon that got out, because of the erruption.
It reminds me of the Owl Man...
Remember (from my other video) how the Owl Man appeared after people disturbed the churchyard/ancient structures?
Hahaha our minds must be synced up because I was doing some research on Batsquatch yesterday!
Fascinating, isn't it?
Definitely an evil demon!
I can see this possibly being a real undiscovered species being how vast the congo is.
I think it's constantly mistaken for other cryptids
Note many other local cryptids, some only seen briefly, look like it, making me think they're all the same being
@@BenImparts Possibly so, Mokele - mbembe fits the profile too which adds credence to the possibility of a large, undiscovered reptilian living out there.
The Mbielu-Mbielu-Mbielu and the Nguma-Monene sound like the same thing to me for sure, and Mokele has a bit of a similar profile, so I definitely think some people are mistaking. I also think the Emela-Ntouka is a curious thing too - some recent reports say they're just describing a rhino, but the reports were very specific about this thing having an ivory horn, so I think there's something more to it...
Personaly for me i think its a type of stone fish wich could survive 24 hours above water.
If it is anything at all...
Probably one of the most probable cryptids ever. Olso love that they have different species. Thats wierd detail for "non existing" animal.😊
It's up there along with the Australian tiger, the Beast of Busco, the Ghoul, the Garappa and the Kushtaka! The Van Meter Monster too :)
One thing I've found that reduces instantly my anxiety is doing things that reduce my blood pressure, things such as: 1: giving myself a break from caffeine & nicotine and sugar, deep breathing exercises, taking a cold shower and going on a countryside walk. Once I'm in a relaxed state I am able to get an early night for a long deep sleep and set my circadian rhythm to that, good sleep is one of the best things you can do 👍
Hey, appreciate it 😊 👍
Glad you enjoyed it!
Great stuff! I only found this channel yesterday and as another Cryptid enthusiast named Ben, I'm super pumped to get into your channel!
Lovely feedback as usual! Everyone who comes here has been so nice, and I'm so glad to have another person come along! Trust me, you'll want to stick around, cause I have a lot of plans for a lot more cryptids 😉😉
I cought a alligator snapping turtle in the Chattahoochee river. Just the shell was 4 1/2 feet. It was huge. Took 4 hours to get it to shore. There are much bigger than that out there
Now that is fascinating! Just the kind of comment I like to see!
Do you reckon it's common to see huge turtles like these?
@@BenImparts no they been mostly killed off over the last few hundred years. But there are still a few the smart ones avoid us humans at all cost lol
And who could blame them? 🤣🤣🤣
good channel dude, good to hear some new cryptid stuff.
isn't this a character in the crash bandicoot series?
Gugwe, Devil Monkeys, Lusca and Genowkas are a few criptids worth looking into 👍👀
Okay, these will all start to be future videos after today's video!
Two cryptids in one are coming tomorrow, in fact!
Anyone played that game, 'The wandering village'.
Can't say I have, what's it like?
@@BenImparts Nice chilled tactical, survival builder. Look it up, you'll see what I'm getting @ 👍
Thanks for suggesting it! Does it have a lot of cryptids in it?
@@BenImparts No just one big one lol
Noted, I'll check it out! Honestly, imagine a game with some of these other creatures in it? The Chernobyl radioactive Bigfoot would probably terrify all the players 🤣🤣🤣
My phone must be glitched, I don't see a sub button, it appears when I click into your YT homepage, but it's not on the video itself, just a weird grey bar with no functions/letters. I'm a fan of this Cryptid, looking forward to the next one! 🎉
Thank you so much! i don't know why that is - it must definitely be an error - but thank you for sticking around, and I'm glad it peaked your interest! The next one has just been put up 🎉🎉
I really like your channel!
That's something I love to hear!
Suggest it to any friends you think would like it! I'm aiming for 1,000 subs by the end of the year
2 likes? You deserve more than that
Thanks man. To be honest, you are tempted to be demoralized at first, but success does *not* come overnight. You gotta' work for it!
...but if you do want to suggest my channel to your friends, please do! I would love it
Lumberjack name for Bigfoot, likely, judging by reports (and video) of things they can do
They do share a lot of interesting characteristics; they're elusive, live in the woods, don't like human company and they live by hunting and scavaging...but Bigfoot is usually a gentle giant, unless provoked or caught in a foul frame of mind, whereas these things are just...terrifying.
My grandmother told me about this and something she called the Looksie look and was similar to "Don't let the bed bugs bite" whenever we went outside. I always thought that because no one else ever talked about it that it was a family thing until I was looking up native American folklore and found it there. This amazed me that my native American ancestors spoke of it, apparently. No Looksie looks though. I can't find anything on them.
Maybe one day I could do a sub-video on it!
I swam Oologah lake a ton as a kid and I’ve been to Tenkiller. Never heard anything about this. Oologah lake is not a natural lake, it’s man made so this creature would have to have been put there intentionally. I’m going to extremely dismiss this as a fish tale. Now we do have catfish in the lake that have drowned a 10 yo by pulling them underwater but nothing like this. Lastly, with the amount of fishing that is done in both lakes, the sonar trackers of all of these bass boats would’ve picked up something.
Same thing with the wuhnan toads - not only do they resemble frogs, but Baofeng lake has boats going across it *all* the time...and you'd think twenty-foot toads with six-foot mouths would be noticed by someone...
@@BenImparts I still enjoy listening to your videos. lore on the Wendigos is something I’m interested in.
Oh trust me, I'll do that the video after next!
I think an important possible misidentification could be a bobcat that was struck with porcupine quills. It would look exactly like a cat with weird quills poking out of its fur.
That could be possible... Especially in the shadows, around a campfire when you've had a few too many beers!
That's what it was 100%
I hope not though... I'd love this to be real!
Cute video, keep up the good work!
Thank you! If you want a scary one, I suggest you check out my video on the Chernobyl Bigfoot, a lesser-known cryptid, but still a scary one! ruclips.net/video/xjWtWPWpuVI/видео.html
Should have called it a catcus
But that would delete the "cat" part 😉😉
Toads are land animals - they wouldn’t live in a lake…
My thoughts too - which is why I mentioned they seemed more frog-like, especially with the tongues. I imagine they're enlarged Chinese frogs, if indeed they exist at all. But the name certainly sounds cooler.😎
niiiceee!!!
Fascinating, isn't it?
