As the Doctor said "British, moneyed, that's what they do... They 'carry on'" lol
He’s cute
I saw this movie at the drive-in theater when I was a teenager.... I always remembered it, because it was so creepy and disturbing.
Loved Richard's suit. Bet he spared no expense.
This came on Film four recently. Really good film. Billie Whitelaw was an absolute stunner back then.
I,will be your class next term😂😂😂😂
Me and brother would often watch this back in the taped days of VHS, thanks to our parents taste in films. A fantastic cast with Lionel Jeffries stealing the film as the sneering prison warden. “6 o clock!”
This movie was based on true story of a black teacher’s struggle fitting in with his students and the community.
then he became the world's biggest rockstar ...loved both the movies
people, it's not that the simpsons "predicted this to happen in 2024", it's BEEN happening over and over in the past. that's how they derived this wisdom
in the wise words of kent brockman, "i've said it before and i'll say it again, democracy simply doesn't work".
That ending-so powerful-I still tear up seeing it.
There was another decent football hooligan film released around this time called The Firm starring Gary Oldman
1:33. The only thing Dave Clark intends stroking.
Great Great Film.....a......Liverpool Girl....born Rita
KJ has anybody heard of the next British empire the 4 th invasion German SSSS,. Intelligence nations and musik.
That's the most swinging stuff I ever saw
Albert collyer
ooh I'll knock yer bloody 'ead off
She looked so innocent, and her facial expression and her voice were unmistakably hers. In my opinion, seeing her in The Family Way was one of her best films and quite enjoyable (I'd have scrubbed her back any day! 😉). She's now 78 and like a once beautiful flower her looks have now sadly faded. But she's still Hayley Mills and I love her.😘
I love how the music worked so succinctly with the film.... especially in this final scene, which is so much more powerful when he rips the letter on cue, and in unison with the music
Qué artistas tan extraordinarios Harry Dean Stanton y Nastassja Kinski en una memorable obra maestra❤
Whoever wrote this scene is a fucking genius. Off the film Going Off Big Time. Fickin nailed it ha
The music used as the theme for the TV coverage for The London Marathon
so john thaw is inspector morse... and thats how you thaw out... apparently

Ive got it on dvd found it on amazon i think
Best scene of the movie!!!!!!!!
This is the GREATEST Comedy scene ever in a film
I happily threw my vote away again in this election
This movie is a metaphor for Trumps America. The guilty get away with it. Ambition is for winners and integrity is for losers
Max, you see conspiracies in everything
I wonder how many takes it took to pull that off. Amazing scene.
It's not unlike the scene in Mad Mad Mad Mad World. Sid Caesar and Ethel Merman and the rest are trying to divide the loot up fairly (not just one share per person), figuring one share to each individual, one to each car group, one for being an individual in a car....😊
The mental arithmetic shown here is great... yet Rooney character doesn't realise that splitting in quarters him and Benji are quids in. How are they cheated? The others have to share as well (except Pike).
What the hell are these APES saying?????
0:52 Black Hair Principal Skinner He'll vote for third party..steam hams!
Aronofsky totally stole this.
Babs. Go ahead. Sing. Sing
I have no problems with this scene because it fits in very well with the fairytale atmosphere that characterises this film. In a world where old ladies are active as spies and the spy messages are transmitted in the form of melodies, driverless cars also have their place.
❤
Love this scene & have the music soundtrack...Not seen the remake,do I need to 🤔 😂
Do you want a on par with phoenix nights and still game
Stupid White Cow!!!! MOOOOO...😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂...
Classic carry on scene and the best film too!! It’s not the season for Fakirs though….strawberry mousse!!🤔😉😎
