Every time I listen to this I forget its live! Theyre just so perfect and Toms singing is impeccable. Richards drum line kicks ass.
Great song! However it was kind of a blessing that they lost the guitarist, no offense to him. They would otherwise have the same sound as other bands. They stood out with their piano exclusive songs. H&F wouldve sounded different and might not have had that melancholy vibe. One of the best albums ever.
Écoutez-moi ce piano, écoutez -moi ces voix, écoutez-moi ce rythme qui donnent la chaire de poule et dont la mélodie devient plus douce ensuite. Cette chanson représente bien le talent de Kean qui, déjà nous épate par la diversité de leurs chansons, mais celle-ci se démarque. I love their old songs. I love that some sound like Muse (or Radiohead I guess) and some some like Beatles like this one.

I cant find it for some reason but someone made an AI of them covering a Keane song, and while Matt is an amazing vocalist his voice doesn't have the body of Toms voice and emotions he puts into it. Even though its AI and can't quite do emotions I do feel like real Matt wouldn't do as well as Tom anyway. It was almost as bland and boring as Lily Allen singing Keane. Other than that I would still love it to happen, would love Keane, Killers and Muse covering each other. The Strokes too but I think only the Strokes can do the Strokes and they cant do others 😂 I'm only saying this bc they're my 4th favorite. Sorry about the long rant.
