The year is ending and so is the rainy season here in Nicaragua.
Centro Educativo Suelo Sano, just south of San Juan del Sur, is a sustainable living exhibition site, demonstrating permaculture techniques in a food forest with more than 50 fruit trees. We also have built an eco retreat center of all local natural materials. And building continues.
