@@ukaszskrzynecki269 First of all check the condense trap is clean by watching one of my other videos. Plus blow down the condense pipe to the drain ,it may be blocked. Then try the master reset video and follow instructions. If it didn't work after that then it a circuit board issue . Normally I find the first two options work Hope this helps .

The siphon is clean, full factiry reset does not help. bluehelix is still under warranty or does the motherboard fault cover it? I'm an electronics engineer, maybe I can repair it, but where should I look?​@@theferroliman2067

Bluhelix is still under warranty. Is that covered by the disc fault? I know a little about electronics, maybe I can repair the motherboard, but where should I look? ;)

If you made sure the condense is clear and the drain is too . And definitely done the master reset . Turn off power at switch for a few minutes as well .Turn back on and let it go through the set up {fh} sequence. Press the reset once ( a short press and let go . ) If it refuses to be reset then the mother board (PCB)will need replacing.

@@Shaunacollins19876 first try the video of how to use a ferroli clock which matches your clock. U need someone to maybe look at your boiler and see if everything works .I'm surprised you never asked the company who comes to check it to make sure everything works ok first

Thanks for the reply! I have asked multiple times to check and make sure everything works and they always say yes everything is great! Even with the leak that happens, I will give it a try! Thank you again :)

Go to the link provided and follow video . But change parameter 66 to 3 .see if that works

@@slash0t5 yes it is ... As long as you fit them correctly and put a filter on and add a few bottles of inhibitor .The boilers are good . Ive had one fitted in my house too .

@@antu8995 look at some of my other videos how to use a ferroli blue helix hi-tech...u should be able to put the heating on .or watch a video where it shows how to do test mode

@@samosamo_9817 either the condense pipe is blocking quickly or the gas valve maybe sticking. You should have a 7-10 warranty if it's the model in the video.so I'd call ferroli to call out

@@bobbrown1995 No it has wiring connections inside for an external clock . The majority of boilers now don't have built in clocks but external ones that you can choose yourself

All the parts are still available for this boiler . If you look after it correctly, it can last for years

3 Gas engineers refused to service it cause of its age and incase they damaged parts. Yes it must be a very good boiler to last so long without any problems. Are you based in Birmingham UK?

Shouldn't have to turn off power for this type as it has batteries.

You'll need to check to see if the auto air vent on top of the pump is actually open on the dust cap .

@@5andwhy gas pressure was 2 high, My gas regulator was manual so it was hard to read and it was set at 1 bar, exchanged it with a set pressure regulator and was ok, if it was a manual regulator turn the knob all the way off and just turn it in slight increments and keep trying, that e3 warning is obviously just picking up a high pressure in the gas line

Yes you can get the heatexchangers they're very easy to do believe it or not ,once you drain off all the water from the valves . F51 maybe the water possibly going on the electrode.

D1 is normally delay after the hot water tap has been used which is normal. If it's happening whilst u are using the tap then it could be debris in the flow meter and will need cleaning first

F41 is poor circulation..first check the sensor on the left hand side of heatexchanger it's black and white it could be loose and not sitting on the pipe correctly.

@@theferroliman2067 do you have a part code and can i get to this by just removing the white cover? I checked the bottom sensor on the flow switch and a blue wire came out of that i have taped it back in to the connector but it still trips so im thinking its this sensor your talking about. Oh by the way its A41 not F41

U need to vent / blend a radiator and let the water spray into a jug until the water pressure goes down to about 1.0 bar ...best if 2 people do it so the other can call when it's at the correct pressure

I'm a little concerned how much water I should take out the radiator because every time I take the water out it stop at 1.8 and when I stop bleeding the water it start going up again past 2 what should I do I'm worried that I'm taking too much water out so give me the precise measurement or should I empty out the radiator thanks @@theferroliman2067

Hi Dave, Thanks for your reply,it was the flow meter which needed replaced.I had a gas engineer in to do the job.
