Excellent to see you got the frame for over your bed. When in school for my undergraduate degree, I struggled during the 1st weeks in terms of getting started (I tend to be initially overwhelmed) and not productive. Nothing worked until I adopted the 'small bites' method. I would accomplish very small tasks throughout the day to jumpstart my motivation for classes. Pushing through the 'mental resistance' was enough to get into a healthy rhythm. Take care....

While watching your Japan videos I laughed because your hotel spaces looked quite similar to your Vancouver apartment aesthetic. You appeared to navigate Japan like a pro and it was inspiring. Have you considered a wide horizontal frame above your bed instead of the smaller vertical frame? Saw a lot of Tokyo prints on Amazon to serve as a reminder to return sooner than later. i was sick too a few days ago. i try those disgusting immune juice called dose that you can buy at Walmart (its tumeric, ginger, black peper and lemon) and vitamine C gummies and im back on my feet after only 4 days, usually takes me 7-14 days. really horrible taste but it really works 🫡
