Smooth viewing of high refreshing,.. Good sound quality.. Especially sony bravia sound from screen... Both LG C4 and Bravia 8 are very good for watching movies with higher quality... @jennifergala What do you think is the better tv..? Sony Bravia 9 or Sony A95l..? Is Sony's new mini led actually better than than the QD OLED tvs as some reviewers are claiming it to be..?

This is badly mastered: it's not 1,000 nits HDR10 as metadata says. It plays burn-out. Upload correct HDR10 luminance nits.

Beautiful demo as always. Once you crank it up to 4k and above I need to set tone mapping to gradient preferred or all the subtle details get blown away by the light canon the Z9K can be. Man those are some intense colors on some of the abstract art looking liquid colors are just something to see😍

im sooo curious. even after seeing 5000 nits mini led, the best of best mini led displays do you still prefer the hdr on oled or qd oled? i wonder what looks best for hdr at the extreme high end

L'une des rares vidéos en HDR que mon téléviseur réussi à afficher en 8K@HDR car légèrement inférieure à la définition 7680X4320. En effet si une Vidéo HDR fait 7680*4320 le téléviseur va limiter la définition à 3840*2160@HDR.

Soft colour without banding... More shallow depth details are seen clearly.. Peek colour is good.. True black.. Good contract ratio... Very good mastering in editing and very good music... Hello Jennifer, in what software you are able to master at 10K nits? As far as i know DaVinci Resolve Studio has Rec2020 SMPTE ST2084 containers up to 4K nits so how can one push specular highlights up to 10K nit? And care to share a bit how you make those scenes with perfect/infinite black backgrounds like the first scenes with the Geko or the scenes from Spears and Munsil benchmark disk? Are these kind of scenes filmed with a green screen in the background and then replaced with a pure black backgrounds or are they filmed with a black fabric in the background and then post op crush the blacks until they are pure black with no other details in it? Thanks!

These videos carry incorrect HDR10 Max Display Luminance metadata of 1,000 nits while actual content has a MaxCLL of 10,000 nits probably because the source is Dolby Vision without HDR10 metadata and youtube ignores DV and sets a default 1,000 for Max Display Luminance. Hence you will see blown-up video on your tvs or computer. They need to upload correct HDR10 metadata or even better HDR10+ since youtube is compatible with it.

WOW!, Thank you Jen for making these high nit videos.. I recently bought and 85 QN90B based on nearly 2 years of research.. and the Fact Sony confirmed 4000 nit will be coming our way.. I went with a proven Bright MiniLed TV instead of an Oled because of this... I literally just tested these Demos through my Nvidia Shield Pro to my QN90B and all I can say is WOW!!.. especially the opening Shot of the Gecko? on with the Black Background.. It absolutely Pops! and still delivers detail coupled with Crazy Brightness on the 4000 Nit scenes.. at 10k it falls apart but thats obvious. Again Thank you for what you do and being one of the First to Bring Quality 4000 Nit Demos to view and Enjoy...!

Awesome, when it shows the large sand scenes at 4k my Z9K just turns into a light canon till I turn tone mapping back on, then gradation prefered looks a lot better. The smaller light spots on the other scenes it handles a lot better at high brightness. Your usual stellar work and enjoying beating on my TV with them 👍

When I play this on my LG G3 it shows as HDR not Dolby Vision and please Give us a 4k HDR version not using opus audio.
