Phu Ruea is a district in Loei Province, its location in a unique area on the border with the country of Laos. Phu Ruea happens to contain the single coldest (yearly average) place in the country of Thailand - and so we have a few videos from this unique place already - but today we are here for the HOT stuff instead!

One of my all-time favorite dishes (definitely the highlight at Phu Ruea Pochana Restaurant!) - Pad Chaa.
