i would choose the FI ,stock sounds good because this is not in europe ,if this bmw was for the european market it wouldnt sound that good I think ..so in europe an aftermarket exhaust makes even more sense

Go Flowmaster + Res delete with CVF Y-pipe. Trust me you wont regret it. Cheaper but it sounds nice!
The stock exhaust sounds pretty darn good already. Nr 3 on the other hand sounded pathetic especially given its price
