Lol i didnt know that trick that you can just wiggle your keyboard and the bluetooth will work. this is my problem my blueetooth didnt work since in the beggining it keeps disconnect. And have you trye the silent switches on the k2 pro? i want really to get those one, and i have exactly the same keyboard as you on this video :)

The space bar was definitely the biggest improvement in the keyboard compared to the stock one. I have the K8 Pro myself and I was wondering how I can improve the space bar sound. Maybe you can show again in the next video what exactly you did with the spacebar. Would help me a lot

the k8 pro you could put tape in the stab keys to make it sound less hallow

youre comparing two different layouts. I prefer when number and f-keys are vertically aligned. It's best for gaming especially mmorpgs where you have skill bars on top of eachother and they visually correspond with your keyboard layout. I can't imagine how people play intense games where F keys are who knows where with some divisions and extra spaces, inconsistently spaced out relative to number keys. Just a nightmare.

Idk I love the versatility of mechanical switches but I like the optical switches because they are “better” for gaming apparently, and I’ve never used either and I am going to get a new keyboard. But it is SO hard to find one because everybody only compares the sound and not how well it works. Plz tell me which is a better option for gaming.

"Personality" is a weird qualifier to me. I get that we all have different preferences for aesthetics but to me the K2 layout feels much more unique since basically every standard membrane keyboard you see in an office has lots of spacing. While 75% layouts are becoming more common as custom keyboards get more popular, you are still basically NEVER going to see anything as unique as a true 75% layout sitting on most people's desks. And as you mentioned you can always find a new set of keycaps to put on the board. Most of a keyboard's "personality" IMO come from a combination of the sound profile and the keycaps. If you prefer the spacing that is great, but IDK the K8 just feels like a less optimized prototype version of the vastly superior K2 to me.

is K2 Pro a latest version of the K8 Pro? which one is new and latest.

The European versions come with ABS keycaps, and are shine-through keycaps.

it's a bit unfair to compare two different switches... maybe in the future you can compare the same switches, especially when comparing the sounds.

Can we remap the delete key with the top right most key, Which is used to change rgb. Using via software.

Plenty of people talk about keychron though? There's also lots of similar keyboards on the market. You have to realize that the enthusiast keyboard space that dig metal boards have plenty of good budget options now that come as cheap as or close to the price of prebuilts - whereas the people who buy prebuilt boards are usually outside of that category, so aren't really going to 'talk' about or discuss keyboards in any depth

You seem to have a poor batch of stabilisers on your k8 pro. Mine sounds very nice stock.

The pcb supports only some screw in stabilizers, like Akko or Everglide.

I have so many chance to get this switch but I'm more of a clacky guy hahaha, so I bought owlab Tungsten and C3 tangies instead of oil kings. Great video, sir!
