I haven't watched C1 since it originally concluded so I also have a pretty patchy memory of everything. I'm really enjoying the animated series and all the changes they have made from the tabletop game while still keeping certain moments. Also... Spice? Do you spice?

Salty Keyleth is fun. They deviate from the campaign a bit more in this season, but I've not heard anyone complain, they did such an amazing job to smooth out, condense, and make coherent the hours and hours of streaming. I love that the tree responded "All right, all right, all right" in whispery tree voice.

In Season 1 we get time jumps and a lot of information fast. I think they are planning on 4 Seasons, unlike GOT where they didn't have an ending and waited for George to finish after 10 years. Inside the Episode and The House That Dragon's Built (?) are both great add ons. I love the creativity by all departments to make a series like this. Inside helps explain the story and the motivations by both actor and writer.

Deb wouldn't had thought about "being in love with Dex" if the doc wouldn't had put the idea on her head tho. The fact that a professional would do that is kinda messed up, i mean that's the kinda thing that belongs only in 🟧⬛️ so the fact that they went there in the show is a bit messed up too. I'm not a saint or anything like that. The end tho.... that was the only good thing about this episode and pretty much the whole season too. Looking forward to your reactions on the following seasons

There's a difference between beliefs/faith and blind fanaticism n such. The problem with a lot of people who follow religions is that either they don't take it seriously or they're too fanatic, sadly. The religious leaders take advantage of both groups accordingly to their own needs. Fkn Quinn has dropped the ball way too many times, he should've been fired already lol. That idea, the doc telling Deb that she loved Dex in a romantic way wasn't necessary really, it just confused things n didn't really help in the general plot

No matter what Quinn was acting like a little bitch on this episode. Not gonna say anything else. I like that Brother Sam character. Great job with the numerology research n the biblical correlation

I didn't like this season in general but by the end it did have a few key elements to the show of course. There are some good moments in some shows n all. Your edit of the "Can't touch this" song was hilarious, Peter Griffin is always a good addition

Quinn didn't really know, for sure tho. He had some suspicions which is why he hired Robocop who had all the evidence but Quinn never saw the actual pics or vids of Dexter which is why Quinn can move on because i doubt if he would've seen the evidence against Dexter he for sure would've done something. This was a solid season indeed and you were right, the nanny was phenomenal. Now to the next season

you're gonna love it. Show isn't perfect but damn it's good and a worthy successor.

Most season had the recurring topic of Dexter almost getting caught by someone but in this season with 'Robocop' hunting Dexter n he didn't even know it made it feel like he might just get caught and that on top of the rest is another reason why Dexter was such an awesome show

Dex's reaction, after killing that guy in the washroom, the scream n emotional moment kinda reminded me in a way, a bit, of the Godfather 3, when Michael Corleone lets out that haunting cry, after his daughter was killed. Dexter's scene wasn't as dramatic/powerful but still, kinda like in the same dynamic

There's no shame on reacting emotionally to this episode, it was a shocking moment for everyone, nobody could see that coming really n how it unraveled was becaise of Dexter's pride pretty much. Anyone around him ended paying the price for his dark passanger, whether he wanted to or not of course. That's what made the series so good. It took us in a roller-coaster of emotions. Everybody prob would've liked Rita to be there until the end but this event changed how Dexter lived the rest of his life. I might start watching the show again, once more before the new series comes out even if i've watched it twice already 😁

That whole Christine being Trinity's daughter was such a curveball one of many in thus season. Great episode for sure n your edits make every episode even better.

At first I was sceptical and it was weird for me. Deb being in love with Dexter, but then it kind of started to make sense to me. I can see her developing feelings for him, because of her trauma. I mean that's actually how it usually happens in real life. And also like some people pointed out in the comments, this show is already fucked up, I mean it's about a serial killer, so exploring that idea is interesting. And it's technically not incest, it's feux-incest because they aren't related, yes they grew up together as family, but also their relationship was never normal. For example how Deb openly talked to him who she fucked and so on. Also, just because you have those feelings isn't that important, but rather what you do with them. //Spoilers// They could acknowledge their feelings and still act like a siblings/best friends because that's how I view them. They didn't need to introduce Hannah who is completely unnecessary, she creates unneded drama. There is already big drama with their feelings and Deb finding out about Dexter. Season 7 could be just be about Dexter trying to change after Deb confession to him and him realising he does have feelings for her. It could ultimately end with them getting caught, because I think it was inevitable at some point. But it would show that in the end they would always choose other. Instead we get Dexter acting uncharacteristic essentially choosing Hannah instead of Deb and I don't mean as romantic partner, but Hannah was a threat to Deb and all he did was just acting like a lovesick puppy. Hannah and Dexter relationship is purely based on psychical attraction and the fact that they are both serial killers and can talk about it. But where Dexter has some kind of conscience (even if sickly twisted one), Hannah doesn't have one and she would kill anyone who gets in her way. He literally picked guys/girls like her before that, but suddenly he doesn't do that. *shake my head*

it's actually something debs actress touched on. She always knew that deb had feelings for dex deep down, so she acted her role out with that in mind. You can definitely see it, looking back

Looking back now, Dexter's mistake was thinking he could kesrn from Trinity, that's why he didn't kill him around this time which brought huge repercussions later on but then I guess that line from Deadpool also applies "might further the plot" lol

Really good guesses on the commentaries. The twist, or one of the twists in this season is totally unexpected. This season is incredible. I've seen Dexter 3X n still get really excited about it lol

There are usually no old serial killers because usually they are middle age (30-40) and usually their "career" doesn't last too long, either they get caught or get killed, reality anyways; in this case even Trinity has managed to survive as long as he has because of his cycle

Seen John Lithgow in a few things but this character will forever haunt me, amazing performance by him. Thos season is incredible, probably my favorite or tied with another one
