I disagree with the sentiment of this video. There are still things you cannot criticize or say. Otherwise you will be persecuted and symbolically deleted. Those are the groups with power. True this . I’m forty’s , I left JW at 15 born and baptised . I still have trauma response the same as I did a child when it thunders and lightning storms , is it Armageddon programmed with fear . I did Ibo twice and it's a miracle, but the hardest thing I ever did in my life. The reason they are stopping the door to door work is because everyone will google/research before joining and won't like what they find. So they are being told to befriend people first. They once told me god would speed up the gathering work at the end. It seems to be the opposite.

This was so helpful on so many levels. My partner is POMI but I am a nondenominational Christian. He has told me, without me even asking, that he is in it because of the love he feels. Obviously he doesn’t believe it’s all fake/conditional. When I went to visit him last weekend, I saw the “Return to Jehovah” brochure on his nightstand. Wondering what exactly he told them. Obviously my presence in his life is a big no-no given I’m not a Jw but a nondenominational Christian. He’s also had other challenges (not his fault) that left him feeling a lot of shame and embarrassment for which I can’t disclose the details of, but he keeps obsessing about his reputation and staining the reputation of the org. It’s so sad to me. He can’t see how much it’s hurting his mental health to be wrestling with this.

Ok so which religion do i follow. Most say Jesus is god.Or call God god. All apart from the JW believe when you die you go to heaven. Like Jehovah god wasted his time creating the earth for mankind. I was disfellowshipped once for engaging in fornication which the bible condemns. REGRETTED LEAVING JEHOVAH. Back in the organization Jehovah has blessed me with the love of my life been married now for 22 yrs. All who leave jehovah will REGRET. FACTS. Oh when i left i engaged in some exercise i thought it was only to relax you turns out it was spiriism and i also got DIVORCED. SO ICAN SAY I REGRET LEAVING JEHOVAH

Jack... You are wrong, yes the underline sentence will allow to be a little bit more critical in some congregations, yet if the body od elders want to "remove" you, nothing can stop them. Not even the Shepherd the flock book. They can easily breach the book in many points if they need so, like in my case. If they are friends with the circuit overseer and always there is at least one elder who assdive the CO a lot, so it is a matter of one supportive phone call with CO and you are gone. No matter if have all the arguments, witnesses, bible, Shepherd book at your side... and even your are not technically proven an apostate, they use often the article " things that CAN lead to apostasy" and critical gossip leads to apostasy so they can do it... like on many cases I know.

Matthew 10: 35-39) Not because he enjoyed bullying people or watching fights break out! But because he “loved righteousness and hated lawlessness.” Heb.1: 8,9,….
