Yes of course, and nice of you to highlight that point even if your English sucks. Here I’ll help you, “anyone can do an artificially made cartoon on a computer…. “ If you can’t even write a sentence with the proper grammar then you probably shouldn’t be critical of someone who is a part of a huge group of individuals and associated companies who are trying to construct something that’s highly complex, in a fully developed urban environment, (not farmland) costing upwards of $30million.

Hello Oliver...Anything. It’s been replaced by the uni model. Uni being short for universal, and of course that was the objective with the one and this is just a more refined version with an even better match between plain cheap and rocker. I acquired a 6'10" CD years ago and absolutely loved it. I sold it because it was a bit too much volume for me at the time, but as I've aged and gained a few pounds, I wish I still had the thing!

Funny timing that two days ago I was going through a pile of logo tissues searching for some W logos and saw the CD tissues and thought my god why am I not making that board any more. That backwash in the tank kills the whole thing, that wave would suck to surf....
Anyone can create a pool in CAD OR SKETCHUP or any other drawing program. I just created one. Oh and there is another. The point is show it in real world actually working and then people will be impressed.

Greg I'm sure you have probably look in to this , check out how a detectable chairlift works when the chair detectes from the haul cable.Not sure what your propulsion system is? If you have a wedge that make the wave detecting around the corners would eleminate a lot of stress. Just an idea. great idea good luck

Why Grey? Why you go online and give all your secrets away? ;-) Just got hold of a 6'10 Diamond with similar but not as pronounced single to double concave on the bottom. Got a little problem though in that it had futures boxes, got the front twins covered but can not for the life of me find anything similar to the flex trailers you only do in FCS plug style.
Hydroman 7 nobody copies radical designs anyway since it’s so obvious if they do and on top of that they have their own egos and can’t bring themselves to do it.

I been riding your diamond with a less pronounced but still inbuilt aspect of this and it is a magic board, only set up with twins and it absolutely holds a rail beautifully. You planning on building this into the next version of the diamond as well? If so then I'm in for a 6'8 with around 42 to 44L thanks ;-)

Your semi immersed artificial reefs are a better idea. Why burn energy when there is already an abundance of swell just waiting to be harvested? Any councils uptake that one yet?
Tony Watermann yes Tony much easier to build and no energy to be used since the waves are already there. Still the usual set of studies to have passed before one gets deployed. One council in Southern California has approached us so we are sending them the report from griffith uni soon.

LaLanne Surfboard Couture usual thickness. I used a machined blank, part finish shaped it then sawed out the stringer and put the two sides together at that big angle and just kept shaping a new flat into each centre band until they touched along their new flat planes. Must say it’s very hard to describe in words since when you tilt the half boards at this new angle it’s not easy to even visualise what then got to be done.

Brilliant !!! Now up scale it & combine it with The Venus Project city design water belt and you get... 24 perfect 6-8 ft glassy waves, all day, every day, every city. You have to reverse direction every hour or so as to eliminate a lazy river effect.
Seems the "V" is neutral but exaggerated looking at the drawing. In reality would it be sanded off giving a slightly rounded and negative "V" ?
Only to the degree that the glass and resin and sanding will round it off. Probably a 3mm round on top of it.
Can’t wait to ride one. How’s about matching a style of top concave similar to a skateboard with the concave bottom? You would have a similar thickness on toe and heal to what’s here in the video, only with a up curve on the outside of the toe and heal. It would almost hold the foot in place and give you more availability of force against toe and heal side....maybe? I have no idea.
Eion Sculley cool. Yes have done single concave deck and bottom plenty. Just prefer the dc deck and bottom so that rail volume isn’t so much higher than centre.
Yeah have done that to different levels and it feels nice. Just preferring this at the moment.

Also re shooting that footage with a person who could ride a bodyboard would have promoted not demoted interest in your design idea. lol He is a total kook on the Body board. If you are still at it I am in Vic. Australia and hold the key to a engineering development idea that not only takes advantage of the physics of the fact the river test has the flow of the river to create that sucky dredging powerful slab style barrel that would be 100% variable to being stationary like ya current model or even made negative creating a 5 ft Bells beach spilling low powered mound of a face for learners and also triples the numbers of surfers that could be surfing from a single central axle where anyone wiping out would be removed from causing other surfers to wipe-out of force them to bail to avoid running them over and cutting them with their fins and would put my contribution at 75% the value of functionality but would partner your project at 33.33% provided you can promise you have 100% guarantee design angles and proportionate model to create the perfect slab sucking barrel of massive power so sought after these days an in a solid 10ft+ solid ocean swell at the LEFT in West Australia or AT LEAST 6-8 FT Kirra or Snapper. Cos I could seek out and work with a Professional to create a scale model as i've said i'd hope you'd contribute as without that you just seem to have noticed that wake can make mini waves along river banks! Good luck getting that huge weight to turn a corner like that. My buddies at work helped build Kelly’s pool and I cannot imagine that ever turning a corner
James Mendonca the engineers have worked out the forces and in fact the lift force is greater than the inertia induced when it turns the 30m diameter turn at each end.
To think that in my life I will surf a perfect wave . Strait epicness !!!!
