Frankly, it's all simple when it works. Unfortunately, it more often does not. Also frankly, some of the pieces are ridiculous - doesnot understand some country codes (like US to begin with) and it asks for your birthdate but does not let you enter it, instead popping up monthly calendar. If I'm 60 should I now click 600+ time to get to my year and month?? Idiotic. There is absolutely nothing difficult to make it easy and convenient to use, just minor effort in thinking of usability.

I know this video is from a while ago but how do you add a phone with NFC capability to it when you don't have RFID cards at all.

Can the triple lock be engaged with nib only? My Whitco only engages the centre tongue with the nib, need a key to have all 3 tongues out.
Hi, the only time all three tongues engage/go out to lock is when you turn the key. A Whitco MK2 with triple locker will work. Please email us at sales@carbine.com.au and we can assist you in more detail.

can you use this to replace a 930 lockwood and use the old key barrel?
Hi Mark, cylinder in 930 will only go into Lockwood 530 and 930 locks
I like it and will buy one because it's unique but from a practical pov why is it better than having 2 padlocks on a chain?
For hasps & staples, this is a great solution. For chains, this is also most ideal, as you don't want to encourage daisy chaining with multiple padlocks.

You know you are onto something when the LockPickingLawyer has made a video on this lock; please mail him at least one of the other Carbine locks in your product line up with the Sigma barrel (or other Davcor restricted keying system) installed, as I would love to see how it stacks up against other equivalent products. Oh, and may as well add the LBX lock as well - that would be another innovation he may very well appreciate.
