Sir, I gave complaint to my govt health service provider against their staff and panel hospital. On making RTIs I was answered that investigating is pending since last 1 year. After 1 year i filed consumer case against the Director of the govt service provider. In evidence stage the Director bring the pending Investigation report (investigated the the junior officer directly working under Director) by giving clean chit to his staff and panell hospital. worker... Is rule against bias is applicable in this case.
