Watching other videos a new layer of clear coat is applied, I guess to protect the new surface made from sanding. Is this something you missed on purpose or just need think was mecessary? Thanks

I recently did mine except i used the dry sand method with power drill attachment until i got to the 1500 grit sandpaper then i wet sanded by hand.Took about 30 mins per light using this method

You could have started with 800 and went up from there and you would have gotten the same results It also would have saved you a lot of time.

I changed the pcv valve on my 4.4 but it still blows white smoke from the exhaust. I don’t see any oil and coolant mixture so I don’t know what’s going on. The codes that’s showing is p0171&174

I have a Canon SX60hs, thanks for this compare! In my opinion it is not much diffrenz between the zoom on this two cameras, the Zoom on the P1000 is a bit more, but the quality on the last more zoom on the P1000 goes down and without a Tripod i think you get no stable pictures here anymore. When i see the size diffrenz between this two cameras, than i'm very lucky with my SX60hs! For me was a big reason to buy the Canon while it has a "Microphone IN jack". Thx for that Video.

That's what happens when they spray clear coat on plastic, and not Head light coating. Y'all thought that clear coat made for paint would work on plastic. Guess you were wrong... Utah Kid.......

So you just sanded and polished the headlight, but how did you protected from the UV sun light? Probably in a year or two your headlights gonna be yellow again if not earlier.

Would using a cordless angle grinder be overkill for something like this? Seems it sure would cut the time in half.

applying water would have been better

start with 600 gritt, work up to 2000. VERY IMPORTANT. the last final step, you NEED to spray it with true 2k clear coat.

I have this problem with my headlight, relatively new car, but got the spider cracks. I don't know if I am game enough to try though? Can you tell me how long did it take you to go through the process of 60 grit sandpaper to 2000 grit sandpaper? I am just trying to work out my capabilities. Please let me know. Thanks.
