Despite everything going on in the world right now, your personal struggles are still valid and worthy of venting. I too struggle with insecurities when filming myself. Some days are harder than others, but overall I think the more I film myself, the more desensitized I am to feeling triggered. I really appreciate your authenticity! It's scary to be vulnerable and yet it also gives you the opportunity to connect with others who might be going through the same thing.
