3D print sword Elucidator
I modified it in Fusion 360 to make the blade shorter and printed both halves together. I then glued the two halves together with a gel superglue.

Просмотров 332 года назад
Not much to do today so I figured I'd split some firewood. When I get to the end of a stack I look for the odd pieces and split those.

Rear brake pad swap on Chevy Captiva Sport

DIY Brake swap, with tools at home. Heard a grinding sound when braking, swapped my brake pads on the cheap. It is really easy to do with a few tools. Even if you don't have a torque wrench most shops will check your lugs for free.

An annual chore to put plastic on the chicken coop run for winter. It creates a simple greenhouse effect and gives the chickens extra space.

Adding clearance for PTO shaft with new stabilizing arms

My new telescoping stabilizing arms for 3-point is contacting PTO shaft when in top position. Let's see if I can fix that.
2nd attempt using stabilizing control arms
Просмотров 763 года назад
I really had some issues connecting the second side. Think it was a combination of the implement being higher on the pallet, so the arms were hitting the bolts (show them at the end), and putting the pin in too soon on the left side.

Free maple firewood hauled with Prius V. Let's start chopping!
Thank you, this is something I need to do with mine also
Should have added new rotors
Dude badass 🙌🏻, love how you did the Prius V too
Thanks for taking the time. It helps
For anyone with high water pressure, that doesn't need the Niagara Falls to shower under, just pull the restrictor out and remove the rubber O-ring (put the restrictor back in). That creates more than enough comfortable pressure. My new house previously had showerheads without restrictors and the water pressure felt more like a tiny jet - uncomfortable and had even eaten away at the grout in my shower from all the pressure over the years.
I searched for this specific repair because the arm rest on my 2015 Prius V with 147,000 miles is getting a little worn. It looked like a task that is not too difficult. I'm glad I found the video. Thank you.
I wonder about the transmission? Notice any degradation?
No issues at all. I did sell it at 144K miles to someone I am close to and wouldn't do that to them. They have put 40K more on it with no issues.
Improperly diagnosed. Wheel is coated in brake dust. Clear sign of a stuck caliper. Also should always resurface brake rotors or just get a new rotor when doing pads
What type of tractor is that having a PTO?
kubota bx2370, I can drive the splitter perfectly on idle.
Hello, I have the same one and when I pull the button the deck doesn't run, what could it be?
You didnt pressure wash it. Bad idea.
Take ALL of them off and see if it will just lift the empty pallet !
It's a LAWNMOWER dude ! Just stop !
This does not show a limitation of the BX. You're not using the biggest loader that the BX is capable of, so this is a limitation of the 243 loader.
This is Man About Tools design. At least give him credit!
Yup, I did. Mentioned him a few times.
Wasted new brake pads! Why didnt you go ahead and change that worn out rotor? Rotors are not that expensive and can save you a lot of trouble down the road! I would think that little child you showed at the end would be worth new rotors and a safe braking system!
So the 30K miles I drove it after this with the old rotors and these new pads was all a waste? LOL
just think....probably would gotten a lot more than 30K if done right from the beginning! @@Vincent72
He is clearly a hack job yahoo
How do you line up and use pins
What year ? I have a 2012
i think it's the same
Works fine until you catch an edge and bend or break something. I started out with such a blade 55 years ago, but have moved on from those days. Now I can even handle deep snow beyond the 2-3 inch snows. You probably already learned to put the snow pile at the end of the drive on the right side, not the left as shown. Then the highway plows will not push it all back into your drive. Beats a shovel.
Thank you very helpful 😊
Rhank you Str
Thank you Sir
Cool! Yes your trailer needs to be lowered like that one.
I wonder if it will work on concrete bowl fountains?
It may, but on concrete I would probably clean it really well and use a hydro paint, something that would typically be used for water proofing basement walls and floors. I would put 3 or 4 coats on. More the better. But the concrete has to be really clean and dry to start for best results.
🎉Thank you. Gave me the info I needed
Or, simply drill out a center hole.
I bought Ariens 24” SHO Platinum model with the fuel injection. It’s a small beast and works very well. Going on my third winter and I am ready to go. Hope your still having great use with yours. Cheers from Canada.
It still starts right up and runs well!
What happened to the primer you were supposed to put that on before you put the finish coat on
Use the wind and your face won’t have so much snow to contend with. Nice machine though. Cheers 👍
This method worked great for me using real leather. 👌 thanks for making video!
That's right, keep the EPA out of our showers! 🚿🍻
I'm just wondering how you got the piece out of the car?
Promo'SM 😭
Where does the exhaust go there's no exhaust pipe is it just for show😮😂?
This looks like shit and it was done wrong, so you could sell your crap house…
Finally someone who shows the difference between before and after!
Thanks for the video. This just happened to me today. Looks my the belts are on. I have almost the same mower as you but the 46" Did your belt just slip off?
yup, it simply stopped moving on me.
VERY helpful, I was able to get my belt back on. Thank you SO much !!!
This guy stopped posting videos a year ago. Hope he's okay and didn't have a coincidence.
I'm good, I got really busy with a large project and lost focus on the video posting. Thanks
Post a video of the same deck today please.
You didn't clean your deck previous to this application. The dark algae on your deck will release that primer due to organic moisture.
I would like to see the top of it change so you can stack them on top of each other make it higher
Use foam crete to fill your forms
What did you use to fix this fountain? Locktite?
Very Good!... #5 ✝ {5-27-2023}
How long did the repair last?
It was still holding water this spring when I sold it.
If it lasts as my 12" Greenworks chainsaw, it will be dead in less than a month because it's junk plastic with weak components.
It was perfect for 4 years, but then the battery wouldn't hold a charge. replacements are too much. Since then I purchased a gas burner as a replacement.
Thank you
I would not trust the screws to hold the weight of the hood to the bottom of the cabinet that seems to be a press board , MDF? Attach with bolts washers and nuts through the bottom of the cabinet…
No issues with it so far. Screws are holding it just fine.
No chains wrapped around the bucket?
