Yes that is correct. I use a range of implants but most commonly nano-textured, near smooth implants. In certain specific cases, I will use textured ones.

I explanted this year and can’t be happier. Nobody will convince that implants are safe. My chronic back pain and headaches went away right away. Ladies please really, deeply think before you get implants. Do your research. I had them for 13 years. My breast looked perfect but they never felt “mine” plus caused me chronic pains.
When did your back pain begin? Was your implant over the muscle?
Can i get silicone under the muscle?
I'm two weeks post op and my nose look upturned and short is it normal? My nose looks fat I'm depressed will my nose drop? Because it's looks like piggy
You are likely to be quite swollen at that stage. I assume you have had some post-op reviews with your Surgeon. Wishing you best of luck in your recovery.

Can you actually smoke cigarettes 2 weeks after buccal fat removal? And what is the difference people who smoke and not smoke with the results?
I always advise people to give up cigarettes and also not VAPE with nicotine either. They both generally reduce blood supply and thereby increase risks of infection and delayed healing. If people do it, I don't think it would make much of a difference to the cosmetic result as long as complications don't occur.

A fuller upper pole would be best served by a round implant or fat grafting in addition to ergonomix.
I had lack of volume in both upper and lower pole. I wanted ergonomix but was advised round which i've just had done :)

If my breast width is 12 cm does the implant width also has to be 12 cm or can it be a little less without looking like balls sitting on the chest?
Usually we go 1cm less than the actual width of the chest. The range is usually 0.5-1.25cm.
