We felt that the charcoal bags are not that useful as compared to open all cabinet doors with air circulation. Those charcoal bags need to change frequently too. We brought it from 拼多多 mobile.yangkeduo.com/goods1.html?ps=5GahnCo6b7 but I guess any of the active charcoal bags you search in Taobao or Shopee is the same thing 😊 Taobao can search keywords like 活性炭除甲醛/竹炭包去味吸甲醛空气净化包

Congratulations to you ❤️ Firstly, you need to know if you are going on the private or public doctor route. If is a private, you can choose a clinic and give them a call. They will count for you your estimated weeks and tell you what is the next step to proceed. i.e tell you when you should go for check up. If you choose to go public doctor/hospital like us. I went to the polyclinic first to confirm the pregnancy, doctor will give you a recommendation letter and an appointment date to the hospital of your choice. "good ID" to me feel very subjective, and also wouldn't really know only if you have worked with them. ultimately we are the one staying in the house and not the ID. and i feel it's very difficult or close to impossible to meet an ID/contractor that truly treat your house as their own. luckily i am quite hands on and the OCD me also cannot stand all the off alignments 😂😂😂 so most of the stuffs if i can do it myself i will just do it, instead of communicating with the contractor (which is super tired) and ended up with not the things that i wanted. taobao best choice for me!!!! because no need to deal with all the communicating and sometimes black face owner! hahahah

@@JavenConnieI don’t know man, because I see contractor handiwork and good ID one really got difference 😢 I’ve visited so many homes already and did so much homework. so next time I would rather not have the stress. Even if it’s fixable, the process to fix it is mafan hahaha. But probably no more next time for me hahaha. But if you enjoy it then it’s fine lah of course! Just after doing accounting (lol) the money saved for me I feel not worth the effort haha. Good IDs really make a world of a difference when I see some people’s homes. It’s on a level contractors can’t even reach sadly, and homeowners ultimately not an expert in reno and will always have regrets and miss out stuff, no matter how much homework I do. Even as I cleaned and redecorated my old place for 9 years, also had a lot of stuff I missed out on in my new house that I saw other IDs do better. Haha hopefully your reno will end well and your move in is smooth!

lucky your carpenter still redo for you! our 9 hinges was additional 4pc from original 5pc. we asked them to add more and yeah they really add more so we no choice only can 😐

@JavenConnie they have to redo for me I make alot of noise and ask my ID he can accept meh so many hole and just sticker cover it. I told him if they don redo I will gonna make things very big and ugly for them. Cos is too much liao abit defect I can under stand nth is 100% but this is purely workmanship and communication issue and even is free, I not gonna sit down there and accept it. Maybe u should try talk to their boss 1st see what they gonna do or say. Maybe ask for discount also better cos it make more sense to them to give discount to close the case den redo everything they lose even more money, as in the material, transport and man effort.

i believe they would not risk their reputation (if they are reputable 😂) if it's not anything that got out of hands! ultimately, they're doing someone else's house and not their own house 🙃

@@JavenConnie I engage livspace but to be honest abit regret finding them to do long story. Well I believe everyone do have their redo bad experience. But for me as a 1st time owner doing reno engage them really leg jelly won't not engage them again for sure I know.

yes it has better load bearing. whole drawer attached to the rail by just the 2 clips. when pulling drawer out, the rear part of the drawer actually lifted off the rail. maybe its because the drawer is empty also 🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️

thanks for watching! my perspective as an owner, i feel if you do not show face on site or check enough, the workers will laze even more. but of course this is just my point of view. from the start of reno, we did not rush them even once, we even told them to take their time. also, we engaged a contractor instead of ID. what we're angry at is all these issues happening at the last mile of our project with them. stay tuned for more videos! cheers😀

@ like for your carpentry ,the drawers how deep etc

most of the door width we informed the carpenter that we wanted it to be equal out symmetrically (cause i OCD 😂). for drawers depth it was divided equally by the height of the cabinets. some other measurements like elevated washing machine height was referenced from douyin 抖音! measurements for shower area was referenced from hotel’s toilet 😂 (bring along a measuring tape if you happen to go for a staycation 🤪)

i believe formaldehyde will always be there and is unable to remove completely. maybe you can consider engaging someone to do “treatments” to your carpentry to prevent formaldehyde from releasing. we didnt engage one but this is what we researched 😅

we didnt researched on the prices 😅 what we’ve done is placing charcoal bags and formaldehyde gel inside the carpentry, also just air out the cabinets with most of the time just leaving the fans on. thanks for watching! glad it helps! ☺️
