7 Best Motorcycles For Senior Riders in 2024
Yah mama a
MotoMania man you should informed yourself about those cruisers. They're all been on the market for years now. Nothing new at all except for the year. Someone had to tell you, sorry
low seat height is important
Is a robot narrating this?
interesting how it took Triumph 5 years to copy a Royal Enfield.
Funny thing I was always told that with age there is maturity that comes with it. Why settle for something you’ll dump a few months later for something one can take longer rides comfortably. Back in the day when I was 17, I owned most of the British stuff, which brought its own headaches. Then in 65 the Japanese market showed up with a much better bike with almost zero upkeep. With in a few years the British bike where gone, even old Harley was hit hard. I’m still a hard core Harley owner. Won’t get near any of the new stuff from Harley. Harley has lost its pride and gone WOKE. Guess the gurus at Harley headquarters didn’t hear about old Budweiser. Soon the wizards at Harley will get our message. Boycott!!. Those many midsize bike in today’s market are just great as bar hoppers. Or short runs. However when the new wears off you’ll be on the hunt for something that is more comfortable. Plus you have the wisdom to ride with responsibility and not be a “hotdog” as you were around 16-17. Age and maturity is a good thing.
THE T100 IS WAY TOOHEAVY, I KNOW I HAVE ONE.
Harley Freewheeler.
I consider myself a typical old guy rider, based upon my riding friends. I know what I’m doing and what is best for me. No vanilla bikes for me. I have a Triumph Street Triple for sport riding, a Tiger 800 for trips, a Honda Grom for urban hooliganism and a vintage Yamaha trials bike for off road antics. Buy and ride what you like, not what some nameless group or person thinks you should ride.
What a crappy video ! You need to go back to journalism school as well as getting an eye exam dude! Are you on meds?
AI voiceover sucks. Quit being lazy and use your own voice.
Youngster here at 59, still riding my 86 sportster that I've owned from new
I am pushing 71 in a few weeks; I have two Ducatis in the garage, a 2007 GT1000 Sport Classic and a 2012 Multistrada 1200 S. I'm not very tall and the Multistrada has become something of a strain to ride, especially when I am in traffic going up a steep hill; so I am considering trading them towards a BMW R 12. Anyone ever ride that bike?
Good Job but please don't Electro suit up Seniors quite yet / scooters n motos
I don't think those heavyweight cruisers are suitable for seniors. I'm in my late sixties and ride a 400lb bike. It's light and manageable and cheaper to run. And more fun.
What a load of crap!!!!,,,ageist at its best,,, what does this guy know about what an old person wants or needs.. I see old riders and they rides anything and everything..This computer voice does not have a clue....
are you taking the piss bloody sceptic tank
this is certainly NOT a very well put together video..., makes me think this person has quickly put together a few pictures, talked over them with utter nonsense..., and all just for the clicks and a quick buck from YT. Is there nobody who vets YT content before it goes online?
"Rebel": "300cc"
Suzuki SV 650 dla starszego ? Bzdura jakaś !
23 nano meters of torque is fantastic 😂
Das sind Motorräder für Frauen. Hayabusa, R1, 1000RR, Panigale V4 sind für Erwachsene oder Senioren.
Very ugly
Suzuki SV 650.. Probably the best choice
RE Interceptor 650 RE Continental GT 650 RE Super meteor 650 ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Looks to me like the majority of bikers are getting on a bit. Age has nothing to do with anything. You can't pigeon hole folks like that. Pointless video.
RE 650 Himalayan shown are both new and old models but details are of old Himalayan. I have a neighbor always saying more senior, more power is required.
What about Moto Guzzi?
AAHHhahahahahaha clown mobiles
This list is ridiculous to say the least, the motorcycle has no relation to age, I am 66 years old and I ride a BMW GS1250R Adventure, and I feel very good on it, certainly better than on a smaller displacement motorcycle. I am a 42 year old rider and I thought this list was designed for a beginner who does not have the skills to control the motorcycle he wants to ride. Age does not mean incapable!
45 horsepower is not respectable, its a moped.
The Triumph is the only one that’s not butt ugly and overly complex
I rode the big kawis and suzis for 20 yrs. C. 200k miles altogether....not really a bunch. Scads of fun. 75 now. Stopped riding 2019, sold the bikes cheap, all in good condition, maintained by a small motorcyce business....i ain't ridin' these days: walk with cane due to botched left foot surgery. State took away my dr license due to dementia. Wife drives the car. Live one hse removed from freeway....love hearing the MCs zoom by 😂 👍👍
Just go for big automatic scooters like the kymco ak550 or the burgman of suzuki. They are less effort and hassle while driving in my opinion.
At sixty nine, do I count as a senior rider. If so, sorry but this selection does not interest me, the only exception might the Triumph and that would not be high on my list.
I ( 63 yo...) have the same Savage 650 1998 since 2002... 185 thousand kilometers through Brazil and the south of South America. Simple, basic and amazing motorcycle
I’m 64. I enjoy riding my ‘72 H1D 500 and my ‘74 H2B 750. Both are Kawasaki 2 stroke triples and kick start only.
This video lumps together all people judged to be 'senior' and then assumes that all they want is something bland and unchallenging. This is insulting and clearly nonsense. I'm 67 and ride a 750 Kawasaki triple.
I had a 2014 Kawasaki Versus 650 it was a fantastic bike in town & great on the highway basically everything you need.
Who writes these infomercials, they all sound the same.
Ce sont des motos pour mes petits enfants !
I'm 68 and alternately ride either a Honda CBR500R or CB500X as a daily commuter.
Im 76 been riding for 50yr .just bought 2023 fat boy great bike Easy to ride
At 72 there isnt one machine in this video that floats my boat. I own 20 machines from a 1970 T120 Bonneville to a 2017 scooter via 2012 Aprilia RS125. I find videos like this very patronising 👎🏴
I'm a senior and I'll stick with my BMW 1250RT.
Hold on! We may be old but, we are not dead! I still have that need for speed! I don't want anything under 750cc. I will always want a bike that can pull away from car if I need to.
My Honda Hornet 600 S is a good option. 400lbs and 95 bhp makes a potent combination.
Ft Lb? This begs a question. How does Mr. AI know if a seat is comfortable? Does it have an AI butt?
Get your photos and narrative in tune. 😢
I am on a FLSTF at 83
You know nothing about it. Rebel 300 is 5 years in market. Aero, shadow 750 is 25 years in market . Fury is more than 10 years inarket. Vulkan maybe 20 years in market. Find another hobby😂
