Is just the home for sale or is it the home and the land? And if so what how big is the property? I am very familiar with this house. It has a great floor plan, and it looks like it was hardly lived in. The previous owners look like they did a lot of nice upgrades like that gas fireplace.

This is the nicest 1 bedroom I have seen, and I've seen hundreds! Great floorplan plan and use of space, nice colors and price! Only thing I would change is add carpeting to the living room and bedroom and microwave over the stove. This one in a true contender, thanks for the tour!

Claremore, Broken Arrow, and Bixby are all great! We have a lot of people moving to the Pryor and Locust Grove area.

Beavers Bend I like that Lake and area but I think Land is High , I also like up by Ft Smith area . Tulsa is good for economy but its hot during Summer .

What he is saying is true but like all things it varies by area and state. In my state it matters greatly on what county it's in. In my area it doesn't matter if it's in a park or land they are spendy. Still about half the cost of a house. But even in parks a $6,000 double wide in 2006 is now $100,000. And that's in a park and not on concrete. Built in 72.

if you paid that for a modular home. it was because. you are into selling modular homes for business. or perhaps the real value was where the land was located.

It's hard to believe but true. I bought my in 2020 for $40,062 and it's already value at $79,000 and it's a 1984 model. Of course I live in a cheaper area, then where you're at.

Great videos, looking forward to more tours. Maybe ... just maybe we'll get to see the mystical unicorn of manufactured homes: the traditional floorplan aka NON open concept with a honest-to-God door to the kitchen. I'm not going to hold my breath though but I have to believe this home exists.

It's a beautiful trailer.

Oh my goodness. There's nowhere in our trailer park this behemoth would fit. Our trailer park owner wont let anything longer than a 38' Park model or an RV with a traveler person or couple rent a lot here.

Recently redid damage from a neighbor's fire almost 2 years ago. Been looking for ways to do trim around the panels where 4 windows used to be in living room on inside walls.. Thanks for using the nicely finished stained wood trim work, in this model. Always checking for inspiration!
