The couch is beautiful and I appreciate your sharing all the information. I suggest you take those "pet covers" and make some cushion covers for throw pillows. Might even make a larger floor cushion or two if you have enough material. There are easy envelope style covers you can sew up yourself or have someone do it for you.

I’ve done lots of texture work and just a pro tip - mixing your joint compound will help with a beautiful and smooth application. ☺️ also - this texture style is reminiscent of a Venetian plaster texture. When you texture walls like this, before you paint, you have to apply primer. Joint compound is HIGHLY absorbent and you will waste so much beautiful paint if you don’t prime the walls first.
