Hi Roy. The only cost is the M365 Copilot user licenses. Soon, custom SharePoint agents will be customizable in AI Studio, which additionally costs approximately $200 USD per month for the entire tenant. But this feature is not yet available on my M365 Tenant.

Thank you for your feedback. I agree that's It's a very short video, but if you open any SharePoint Online site and follow the steps starting from 00:29 you will be able to create a news email. If you are stuck - let me know.
Thank you Denis for putting this up. I have zero knowledge on Power Bi but with your video and additional info I have been able to pull the data from multiple sites which is great. However I'm trying to analyze the All_Files table to see if there are duplicates of a file on multiple sites but the results aren't correct and I'm sure I'm going about it the wrong way, how can i achieve this? Can i know how to build the org chart for company ? what is the feature or tools needed to build this org chart?
Someone needs to fill out the "Line manager" and/or "Reports" field in AD/Azure. The org chart will then be populated automatically.
The above is using file name and file size, can this be modified to use the file hash?
Hi Denis, Great insights on the connecting SharePoint with Azure Open AI. I have a question for you. If i need to create scheduler indexer for SharePoint location (If files are changing frequently), Is there any way that we configure the scheduler. I tried the settings of the indexer but its saying below. "A schedule can't be configured on samples or existing data sources without change tracking. Edit your data source to add change tracking if you wish to set up a schedule."

Hi Denis, I had a question, I am looking to use Azure AI Search for a use case but I wanted to know once the document indexing is done and after that some documents get updated by users in Sharepoint, does AI Search service automatically update the documents? Or does the data remain the same, my requirement is to have a service that updates the changes in the documents everyday or periodically. Many thanks!

hello Denis, what happens when you make a change and want to migrate the form not as new but as an upgrade. I don't see the existing app and I can't migrate it.
I am not sure how to update the existing form - that might be tricky. Also, I noticed that over the last several forms, the PowerApps-driven SharePoint forms stopped working reliably. Out of 10 times I tried creating new forms, they didn't work at all.
I have Run into a problem with this Setup, Do you make any guides Live on Zoom or Google Meet? I be happy to be in one of those.

hI great video thanks However I am unable to get a metadata column (that i added to the sharepoint library) to show up in the pnp search results webpart. Its not displaying in the "manage columns" list of columns when I edit the search result webpart. any advice what I am missing?
You might need to make sure that you configured the SharePoint search schema: ruclips.net/video/FdPXvnMYs0U/видео.html Also, even though the property does not show up - you can force-add it via the JSON properties of the search webpart.
Hi Denis - does this add to both communication and team sites? and are these automatically found in Clarity once setup, or does a site owner still need to select the app from whichever site in order for it to be tracked by Clarity? Hi, @sudosaurus. In the video, I show the "tenant-wide" app. This means all SharePoint sites will be tracked. Regardless of whether these are Teams or Communication sites.
@@denismolodtsov3879 Thanks - I've gone down the PnPOnline route instead and have setup and linked to individual projects in Clarity. Do you know if the Google Analytics integration is also for GA to monitor SharePoint sites to get additional stats that Clarity doesn't include?

Thank you. Microsoft promises not to use our chats for training other models or other shady things. So, using this approach is more private than using ChatGPT directly.

Yes, you can: - Home Tab > Transform - Under the Queries section: Duplicate "Site_Files-1" query as many times as you ened - Open the new queries in the Advanced editor. Update the "Source = " variable to point to the new site - Open All_Files query in the advanced editor and update this formula to add new Queries: - let Query1 = #"Site_Files-1", Query2 = #"Site_Files-2", Query3 = #"Site_Files-3", ... Query10 = #"Site_Files-10", AppendedQuery = Table.Combine({Query1, Query2, Query3, ..., Query10}) in AppendedQuery

it's not free. We need 1) an Open AI subscription and 2) a premium Power Automate subscription. At a minimum, this is about $15 per month
its not working I don't know why.
It might not work because the API changed several months ago :( the flow might need to be tweaked to work again.

I've been using both new Teams and Outlook and I don't see any issues with the chart

Thanks for this video... What is the document limit. Ie. How many PDFs can i store and search?
There is no limit. However, I noticed that the optimal number of documents is around 50-200. If you have more, then the answers don't get as precise. One way to make it work a little better is to increase the number of documents Open AI can search. I think, the default is 3 documents. You can increase it to 20. This setting is available via the Azure Web App > App settings.

You will get a similar result using the Copilot studio. Copilot Studio supports the SharePoint site as a data source.

I haven't tried it. But in theory - yes. Although, you will need to make many changes in the source code.
You can do this with copilot studio with Azure open ai piped through it, at least.
