YOOO THATS MY SCIENCE TEACHER
So beautiful
I am teaching a young guard now and I want to show them this right now! This is gorgeous!!!
Beautifully done Bud!!!
Fun find! I was in the BD rifle line from 1976 through 1979. Way different era and skill level, but for our time we were hot! 😁
Como dicen en mi pais pasao, extaordinario, con soltura y fluidez.
I like that the volleyball net is still up😭😭
Yass
bruh this is my science teacher now 😂
I assume you got in lol?
Pwetttyyyyy

Wow you looked like you were one with the flag lol 😂
What a flawless performance kudos to you I’m planning on taking color guard next year as a freshman
i hope you got in man
What pole size is that?
Me only being in colorgard for one season and thinking I could choreograph shows. Then comes across this video and realizes how am I ever going to get that good.
Hair is too short. NEXT!
Well I just found myself a new fun routine to try to learn
My love for colorguard started with this video. It's been almost 5-6 years now.
OK...as intricate as this is (it's really really good btw) can a DCI color guard / visual judge really see all of that from the upper box or from the field AND can 30 guard people really do this in a show?
Hey Christian. Hope you’re doing well! Missed having you teach this summer at Regiment. You were one of my fav techs in ‘19 ♥️
My whole heart 🥺🥺 you're amazing. I miss watching you perform!
@@christianluke5176 have you got any projects? Coming up for dance?

THE COLORED GUARD IS COLORED
Big fan subscribed
I hope I can be at this level someday I’ve just started color guard this year though but hopefully in a few years
Is anyone gunna tell him that his 6’s were 5’s and his 7’s were fast 6’s. Lol you can totally count how off he is.
lol i was gonna be mean and say dont hate until i went back.im sure T.J. fixed it.
There is a feature for youtube videos under settings for playback speed. When you toss, you count how many times the gun passes through a "right flat" position, not including the first right flat as soon as it comes off of your hand. This is a good way to check the rotation for tosses. I suggest you recount the rotation at 0.25 speed to check your mistake. Note that I'm acknowledging this comment not only because it's wrong, but also for its lack of positivity and constructive feedback. There are people who do make errors, whether it's miscounting rotations or cheating certain skills/tricks, and when they do, there is a right and wrong way to go about *informing and *educating them on how to properly execute. Before you come for anyone again, please reconsider your delivery and make sure you're not the one in the wrong. No hate, just positivity and education please. Especially considering the current state of the activity, thats what we all need the most :) Have a good one.
@@christianluke5176 look dude this is public post .he made a comment about it .look in the end it's the wrong rotation .calm down .
WOW!
not me who can’t even do left side drop spins on rifle😭
THE 45 TOSSES WHAT THAT LOOKED SO EASY
I can do some of the stuff he did in the video but his on x games mode 🤣
The fact that he has such complete trust in his flag and his body astounds me. I want to grow a bond with my flag like he has with his one day.
Is color guard usually for girls??

Great job! BD vet here. I taught at Mililani back in 2001 :) -
Thats so crazy! BD vet now I guess haha. Been teaching at Mililani since '14 :) What a small world!
@@christianluke5176 how awesome! Funny story.. after a show we went to a restaurant and some moanalua members were there. They had BD uniforms (at least then). I was in my BD jacket. They were all looking at me. I went up to a student in his uniform and just walked around him looking. It was the same one I marched in. I was like hmm. Interesting. Then walked away. Lol I ended up going to teach there the next year. Mililani kids were pissed. A couple legit wanted to fight me haha. The moanalua director was a huge Bd fan. He made Bd guard in the 80s but his mom didn’t let him march. They even played F Tuning. Kamehemeha hired the SCV staff so they were always good. But they had the money for it obviously. My Bd marching tech who is Hawaiian was there as well (he taught at BD and SCV when I was marching in 98/99). We still beat them though lol
@@ez8308 Ah I see haha. Well I work at both Kamehameha and Mililani HS still. I've worked with some Moanalua students as well during the winter season. All programs produce wonderful and hard-working students. From my experience, all programs have local tech staff with some talented designers from the mainland. All three seem to have their own strengths and weaknesses, but what I enjoy the most now is the camaraderie between the programs. It's crazy how a lot of them grew strong friendships through this activity, regardless of the program they come from :)
@@christianluke5176 that’s true. I think it’s changed a lot especially because of the internet and social media. Same in drum corps. Before you would have rivalries and no one really knew each other. But now there are rivalries but a lot of people know each other online before even meeting so it’s changed the atmosphere quite a bit. I was surprised how great the bigger marching bands were in Hawaii when I first got there! Glad to hear it’s still going strong 😁
Your Moanalua director must have gotten his years mixed up. BD did not have any boys in their guard until 1992. I know this because I wanted to march BD so badly, but I happily settled for the Sacramento Freelancers in 83 and 84. I was hoping by the time I turned 21 BD would have added boys, but my age out year was 1990. It just was not meant to be. I was born in the bay area so I always loved BD. I still do.
Better than anything I could ever do with a flag
This was amazing. I was so mesmerized. I have watched this like 12 times. This deserve way more likes.
Goals
This is the most beautiful flag solo I have ever seen. Everything flowed together so nicely. I hope I can become that good one day.
