after chipping my short fingernails it is true, you need to push down a bit harder
Well I got mine off the camera shoe. I had to push down with so much pressure I thought the plastic viewfinder housing would break, and it slid off. Bad design, have had many cameras back to the 70s with various accessory shoes and the covers were very easy to remove.

I returned this one. The replacement worked better and the hot shoe cover slides off with minimal effort.

It's a great tent. I have the 8P for just myself and it's roomy but also twice as heavy and takes up twice the space in my car.

Please let me know what you figure out. I've contacted Adorama and Canon and they're both stonewalling. Canon said this is really weird and they've never heard of it before. 👌
Seems no reasonable amount of force will free it allowing it to slide out. Not going to break a new $600 camera body trying…

The outlines are under the glass. Use a scraper razor blade. Spray on water vinegar mixture and scrape away

Man I was thinking this because I buy myns from Walmart and they make these so thin like they want your sieved to get leaks Like why not make them more durable?
Most retailers will not accept any returns for air mattresses under any circumstance. I bought one, opened it up and noticed a hole in it before I even inflated it. I went back to the store and couldn't get a return, even though the product was damaged straight out of the box. They absolutely would not accept the return. I tried 3 different store locations and they all refused to budge and insisted that it is a pretty universal policy with air mattresses.

Don’t use olive or other vegetable oils. They work fine when fresh but over time the oils oxidize and become sticky. Better off with rubbing a candle on the zipper or some sort of mineral or baby oil.

i have a similar intex pump but if I want to let the air out of my air bed how come it's heavy when I try to lift the handle up and down to deflate it?
