This is what 360 cameras do. Matter of preference really

They are very different and both are very playful. Fury has more "speedflying" aggressive diving hard character. Flame has a "miniwing" feeling. It flyes flat and it takes a lot of roll and special technique to fly it steep and swoop. It wants to go up a lot. For soaring and flat lines - awesome. For steep cracks and speedriding - Fury is much more natural.

@@_albalex ok, thanks. I have the flame11 and I think its not optimal for speedriding. It seems quite sensitive to collapsing when riding. I tried the rizz and it seems so much easier to ride with, but lacking fwd speed and glide on the other hand. It seems strange that level wings doesnt offer an intermediate speedriding wing. Perhaps I could get a small fizz2.

@@VilleValpuri Fizz and Fury cover most of speedriding needs: where Fizz is more for beginner intermediate and Fury for more experienced pilots. Speedriding wings are not built to glide well, the whole idea is to ride steeper terrain. So maybe the lines you are playing with are just too flat. Try the Flare Line if that's the case - best wing for flat speedriding lines. Flame is definitely not for speedriding unless you only take off and land with skis (flying mode, no riding). Hope this helps.

@@_albalex i have been speedriding so far in Val D’Iserre, Les Arcs and Chamonix. You can see some videos on my channel. I wouldnt call those lines too flat. My beginner opinion is that Flame is too sensitive to input and it is much harder to ride than to fly. And ofcourse that is what it is designed for. Flying rather than riding.

Hi, that's a good question. There is definitely a turbulence wave behind the leading wing. Most of the time I'm trying to be a bit higher/lower/on other side of a gulley from leading pilot - it helps to avoid vortexes. Being higher also helps to have a safer margin if I hit a wave and have more sink as well as easier not to make to much attention to proximity flying terrain. Like if I would go on my own, I would be closer to the ground with less stress. And finally if I'm hitting the wave which happens some time, I would use my active piloting skills to stabilise the wing. Paragliding XC skills are definitely doing a great job here.

@@dancersys в Level Wings Fusion есть специальные крепления для палки под 360 камеру, так что она очень органично становится и выступает может быть на 50-70 см - сзади шлема, поэтому ее не замечаешь вообще, только на старте нужно быть аккуратным, чтобы в свободники камера не попала. Ребята летают с 3-метровыми палками, вот там чуть сложнее ))

Как и в любом спорте, еще огромный путь по совершенствованию впереди 🙂 Я не считал количество часов, но активно занимался полетами на параплане 2 года - летал в разных странах, проходил SIV курс дважды, летал базовые маневры на акро-крыльях, маленькие маршруты, начал летать на минивингах 13-14 метров. Было ощущение, что могу всему научиться сам, но потом на минивинге я переоценил свои силы и достаточно жестко вошел в землю (хорошо, что был песок). Это меня встряхнуло и я стал активнее выбирать к кому пойти учиться. Проходил обучение у Алексея Коробейника, он дал мне потрясающую базу и немного "вставил мозги на место", за что я ему очень благодарен. Сразу после курса я купил крыло Gin Nano 12.5м - достаточно старое крыло, но в хорошем состоянии. И этот тип крыла начального уровня - мало секций, толстый профиль) позволил мне безопасно, прощая много ошибок летать самостоятельно первый год в разных локациях по миру.

@@_albalex спасибо вам за столь развернутый ответ! Оказывается у вас был серьезный бэкграунд, прежде чем вы полноценно начали летать на спидике. У меня сложилась определенная ситуация, и если вам не трудно, я хотел бы услышать ваше профессиональное мнение. Мне всегда хотелось освоить спидик, потому что еще в школьные годы мы с ребятами бегали со склонов со старым 7-секционным парашютом ПО-9, и сама идея скоростного спуска с возвышенностей мне показалась увлекательной. Затем спустя несколько лет я обнаружил для себя что мы тогда не придумали что-то новое, и оказывается есть целое направление - спидфлаинг. Я нашел школу - prospeedflying (во главе с Сашей Деевым), и хотел записаться к ним на beginner курс, но они мне сказали что новичков не берут и желательно нужен парапланерный опыт. И вот пару недель назад я закончил парапланерное обучение в Испании и получил рейтинг BHPA Club Pilot. Крыло еще предстоит купить. Но проблема в том, что сам факт длительного парения в потоках меня не впечатляет так, как скоростные спуски, то есть этот налет на параплане нужно пройти просто ради опыта чтобы перейти к спидикам. Чисто случайно мне попался спидик Descent 1 (12m2) в совершенно новом состояннии и я забрал его по хорошей цене. Летал с 50-100м склонов на нем, отрабатывая старты и посадки, без фанатизма и каких-либо маневров. А теперь собственно сам вопрос, могу ли я развиваться в спидфлаинге параллельно полетам на параплане в максимально возможной безопасной манере, или может вовсе исключить параплан из этой истории, и потихоньку прогрессировать со спидиком, или вы бы всё-таки советовали налетать N количество часов на большом крыле и лишь потом полноценно переходить к полетам на маленьком крыле. И интересно что вы скажете про мой спидик Descent , подходит ли он для обучения. Еще раз спасибо вам за уделенное время!🙂

This take-off is mostly W-SW, and as far as I remember there were some thermals already. North side stays in shadow for a long time and then afternoon valley wind start to hit it through. And after all wind was not that strong somit doesn't really creates much lee side rotor anywhere except the ridge area

Sounds great buddy. As for me - it should feel easy! Sometimes close proxy is not much more difficult (easier than it looks) when your level of piloting allows

@@_albalex yeah, it's kind of difficult (for me who doesn't speedfly almost impossible) to estimate by the videos how much lift/energy is left to get away from the ground at any time. I saw a crazy run of Joey Innes lately and that was a bit too much for me. But I'm interested if you'd call that run also "safely manageable" given his/the adequate skill level

Haha, most of us considered that impossible in the beginning of flying career. But as our experience and understanding of the wings piloting skills grow, it became natural to make this kind of spiral dive into the crack.
