      Obviously DCT - it brings a smile on your face every time you press the pedal hard. However, IVT gives a sense of confidence.

    Nice review..sir is mileage really concern im thinking of dct base model?

      @@siddhusiddhraj9602 thank you, sir. Fuel efficiency cannot be great if you are looking for a turbo engine, and that too on a subcompact SUV. However, getting 18-20 kmpl on highways is possible if you drive around/below 2000 RPM on top gear. Inside city, in bumper to bumper traffic, you can get 13-14 if driven sedately. As soon as you become hard pushing enthusiast, and the turbo kicks in, the fuel economy drops. What I can assure you, it is far better than a Nexon or 3XO. Another good option is breeze, being a NA engine with a 6 speed TC, you can get good figures. However, it is not a match in terms of performance, fit and finish, and smooth like a DCT.

      If you are use to cars of baleno, i20 segment, you will find the rear seat comfort better, with the option to recline in top trim. The suspension setup for rear passenger is mostly pleasant. However, if you are coming from car of above segments and sedans, then you feel a bit stiff. Also, the tyre pressure plays an important role in this car, when we talk about comfort.

Also What is ur experience in terms of reliablity with the 3 Cylinder Turbo engine so far (people generally prefer Naturally aspirated engine for its reliability)? Also if there is any heating issue with DCT gearbox? Did u take extended warranty and SOT?

      @@apnarpapan Turbo engine are reliable but not long lasting with respect to a NA engine. This particular kappa 1.0 GDI engine has a good life for 200000 miles, as far I know. NA can go well beyond this range, but generally we don’t drive this much and replace the car at 100000 miles.

      @@SaudAbdullah-e1s Yes, used during peak summers of Delhi, and it was quickly able to chill the cabin.

    Thanks for the detailed explainantion! I am a Grand i10 owner, looking for venue nline MT. what are your thoughts? also do you feel that space is less inside? I am getting nline at 13.5L onroad in Rajasthan I can't think of any other car , and sees this as a good overall package. Only concern is mileage / space / value your are getting for the amount being paid.

      Hi Mohit, As I said, it is a great sub-compact SUV, and I am really happy with the same. Since I mostly drive alone, I have never felt any space issues. But this has good enough width for accommodating 1 driver + 3 passengers with a kid and maneuvering in tight traffic and parking. Even the boot space is sufficient for family rides. For mileage, my DCT delivers between 12-14 in Delhi NCR city and 17-18 on highways is driven around 100kmph. If you keep the RPM below 2, and speed around 70-80, you could also expect an average of 20+ on MID. Since you are thinking of a manual, chances of getting better figures are more. However, please keep in mind, any engine with turbo won't give you great milage if you do spirited driving. Overall, it's awesome, go for it, and N-Line looks more premium and sportier.
